I visited this location yesterday and requested a veggie sandwich. My app showed that I was eligible for a free sub since it was my fourth purchase. I asked the person, who identified himself as the manager, to assist me in redeeming the offer. He repeatedly insisted that it could only be done online. I explained that if the redemption didn’t work, I was willing to pay in full. However, his response was extremely rude—he told me, “Do not teach me my job.”
I found this very disrespectful, especially since I was making a polite request, not giving orders. This was disappointing and reflects poor customer service on his part.
In the end, my rewards did work in-store. It seems he eventually realized that the offer is valid both online and in-store. As a manager, he should be knowledgeable about these details. I would also recommend that the team improve their work ethics and communication skills with customers.

By far the worst subway sandwich I have ever had the displeasure of consuming. I ordered two foot long sandwiches and both of them were lacking any of the toppings I put on. It was like eating bread and lettuce. It just seemed like they were trying to save money by giving out the bare minimum. They were so sparing with the toppings there was literally one singular pickle per half of my sandwich. Not only that, but the quality was so bad that I had to go and put my own toppings so I could Atleast get my moneys worth. The toppings were not fresh at all. I went at 11 pm so I understand that it was late, but if you advertise that you’re open 24 hours then you should not be lacking freshness or run out of bread. When I called them the guy who answered could hardly understand a word I said and really was hesitant about giving me a refund or making me another sandwich. I got two footlongs but I only got one remade. The guy who remade my sandwich was nice and helpful, and the quality of the toppings seemed fresher. Overall don’t order online from this location because they will skimp you, and don’t eat at this subway after 7 pm if you want a quality sandwich.

The building is extremely hot inside. The guys would barely put any toppings on the sandwich. I had to keep asking for more lettuce. He was rushing me and there wasn’t any customers in the building just me.

Placed an order accidental at this location when I meant another, called right away as soon as I noticed. I did not even wait 5 minutes. And right away they told me “Your order is done” how is that possible if I ordered 2 sandwiches??? Money stealer

SAY WHAT!!!! THIS LOCATION IS OPEN 24/7!!!!!!! I’m definitely glad I stopped at this location tonight. I know with a store that is open 24/7 can be draining on employee’s but that wasn’t the case for my visit. I was greeted and taken care of
immediately. Wasu was first class throughout the whole process went above and beyond making sure he got everything I needed to my liking. I appreciate the conversation we also had. It was great knowing I just wasn’t another transaction for them. Till next time!

came in for road trip sandwiches with my family. ordered 4 foot longs- 2 toasted 2 non toasted. all were cold. asked for “more” jalapeños on a sandwich was only given 8, 4 on each side. you’d expect more means 8-10 on each half that’s why we asked for more not less. Asked for less onion, was given extra. A cold flatbread in our opinion is not nearly as good as it is toasted. costumers pay for what they want- it’s disappointing to receive what employees choose to give you. hence the reason some people or at least i, don’t like using apps because i rather be there to watch them prepare my family’s orders.. but it’s a huge inconvenience on days like today – to spend time waiting for our food to be ready when we have a destination to reach. it also sucks for employers to pay their employees to mess up costumers orders this bad.
highly suggest to stand in front of those preparing our foods at places like subway or even Chipotle rather than using apps n coming in after they’ve been prepared it’s our best shot at getting our food done right.

This was about a month ago. Had a sign for a buy 1 footlong get 1 free. Was going to order 1 footlong, then saw the sign and asked the worker if the 2nd free, they were like yea. Get to the register, they charged me full price for both and were like ‘there’s a date for the buy one get one.’ In small font they have it in the corner.
