The bread is rarely fresh and sadly they refuse to take any coupons.
People are nice enough that work there.

Came here for years. Food poisoning twice. Awful service, awful food, establishment isn’t clean. This place should be shut down. Go literally anywhere else, unless you want to risk it.

The chicken noodle soup was spoiled. Had to call them 5 times before some answered the phone. I tried to explain they can’t serve the soup but he ignored the fact that the soup was bad and insisted that it was me. I will never go back to this place

KEEPS YOU WAITING FOR NO REASON, SUPER RUDE, BAD FOOD!! We went here on Mother’s Day after returning from a hike. We ordered ahead online. The food was not even started when we got there. There was NO other customers in the store, no phone orders coming in, no other orders being made but he refused to start the sandwiches and had my husband sit there for 30 minutes (for 4 sandwiches). While he was making the sandwiches one person walked in, he STOPPED MAKING OUR SANDWICHES to take care of the next person. Then my husband decided to get a drink before leaving. When he lifted the cup, another cup stuck to it, he YELLED at my husband “ONLY ONE DRINK” before he had a chance to separate the cups. He was so extremely rude. After we got home to eat our sandwiches they were awful, all of them had had hardly any meat or sauce, and the smashed avocado was watery. Nowhere near the normal subway serving sizes of meat. We had to move all the veggies and search for the meat and found only a couple small pieces. This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST Subway I’ve ever been to, and I’ve traveled the whole country as well as several other countries. I really wish we had taken a photo of the sandwiches but we were just so hungry after hiking all morning at Swallow Cliff. I hope this guy gets shut down because I don’t think he is holding up even the basic standards of the Subway brand. I also think he is skimping on meat to save himself money.

The 1st thing you see is a sign telling you they do not honor Subway coupons,
That’s kind of a let down.
Why would corporate advertising spend the money on the coupons if the stores were not going to honor them. Should I save that Money for the Advertising & Give a lower Price.
Speaking of Price, What’s with asking about a tip , when paying??? Tips were meant to be for outstanding service . Not just because.

I have not been to a subway in a while and thought when I saw the coupon delivered in the local paper I would start going again since there is a Subway only a few blocks away. I presented a coupon page with several coupons asking if they accepted them. He promptly told me they will not accept the buy one get one of equal or lesser value foot-long free. I realize that it is a restaurants choice to accept or not accept coupons, but this one decided to pick and choose which ones he would accept. I turned around and left.
It’s too bad because just like a certain Dunkin’ Donuts location did this as well I just went to a different one for the next 20 years.

The store is clean and well-kept but my favorite part about this particular subway, is the staff.
TBH, if you’ve been to 1 subway you’ve been to them all. Hence, the importance of setting yourself apart.
One of the simplest ways this can be accomplished is by being plain ol’ nice and genuine.
Goes a long way in my book.

I love this subway. The guys that work there are always nice and considerate. It’s perfect every time I go to the hospital to visit my mom (she’s been there more than 20 times), right down the street. I’ve lived in the area my whole life, and its a plus that it’s a subway where none of my high school classmates work here.
