Today I had the worst experience at this subwayThere was a worker there her name is Amy She has the worst customer service ever while I was asking a question about something that I purchased, and I was showing her a receipt about something that I purchased. The name on the receipt does not match the sandwich that I bought and then and she came she came to me and she
pulled the receipt out of my hand with aggressiveness. I would encourage everyone to look at there receipt before they leave that place.

Great location! The workers there make great sandwiches and all the ingredients are fresh! Location is super clean and well maintained as well. Friendly staff.

This was my first trip to this location. I did here because the other one I used to go to allows people without masks to sit in the restaurant eating and talking. This place was on top of the mask game. It was clean and the employees were very friendly.
The sandwiches were made well and tasted amazing! No complaints! It’s expensive, 3 foot longs, no drinks or chips or anything ended up being $31. That’s steep AF. But nothing is cheap anymore.
I’ll drive out of my way to return to this Subway in Orland because they are respectful of the pandemic precautions.

My first time here to get subs for my husband, son & I. I ordered a foot long sub on wheat bread for my son since he has food allergies, he can only eat certain goods. The wheat bread was hard as a rock and he couldn’t eat it, he had to pick off the turkey and chicken.
Almost a $14.00 sub with only chicken turkey lettuce & cucumbers and he couldn’t even enjoy it.

1st time at location, was greeted which is a + but food quality sucks. No flavor to the sub, and I barely tasted any meat on my sandwich.. a bunch of mayo and salt and pepper only. I personally will not be returning. Not to mention, they barely have any deals.

Very nice. Food was tasty and fresh. Perfect food for after a workout. The ‘Sandwich Artist’ made mine perfect and I made sure to tip. What she really did right was make sure to close my sub right. I like a lot of veggies, and she used the cutting to knife ensure a proper fold. I used to work at a Subway and I know it’s not easy. Some whack Subways will just wrap it up without attempting to fold it. That’s so unprofessional and sloppy. Not here. She did an amazing job. Thank you.

Associates have no experience and are completely incapable of helping you navigate their app or any promotions. The associates can’t even speak English and are unable to communicate to even fulfill job duties. So unless you already know your exact order and are planning on going in and out, I would highly NOT recommend this specific location. Any form of needed communication will most likely end in a failed or at least very dissatisfied result. This is a non-bias review, I am merely stating the facts of what will transpire if one should decide to attend this location. There are plenty of other good choices near by that will cost the same and have associates that are actually able and willing to assist customers if needed.

Disappointed location doesn’t take coupons due to “rising food costs”. In that case, stop sending them to my house, and maybe try offering a reward program if coupons are not working due to food costs (and stop raising your prices if you’re not going to accept coupons).
