Apparently this is their formula- to give you a bread sandwich. This was my Uber eats order and how it arrived. I call and they state about their formula being as pictured above, don’t resolve the issue, and tell me to come in to get more veggies. See the thing is I usually go to this store because the one in Lockport serves sandwiches like the pictures I posted but apparently this store is following suit. Unless you go in the store that’s when they load your sandwich up how it should be… I am so angry this keeps happening what a waste of money and time since no one ever wants to make things right I just have to deal with it. I’m about to be done going to subway if this is the quality they keep giving me.

Owner was there working Friday night, and was proud of all the work her and her husband did for the remodel. I told her I appreciated them taking all the coupons and rapidly making many large online orders for our family of 7. We walk over and have sandwiches all the time. No problems with lack of toppings or anything; great sandwich.

Previously wrote great review for restaurant experience. First time ordering from here online. Ordered “3 SIDES of pickles”. Received container w 3 pickles in it!! Ordered “extra” onions. I had 4 small onion strips on sandwich! Does staff actually read orders???? Very disappointing. Did not enjoy sandwiches or appreciate service. Don’t offer online ordering if you’re not going to READ the orders.

The working employees are quick and helpful as always. Everyone here is always welcoming and helpful. As soon as you walk in the door, you’re greeted with a friendly smile. I’m always happy with my sandwich. It was so good I’m coming back to this subway location. I recommend this place for sure!

Ordered double meat. Given half empty sandwich with hardly any meat, tons of sauce, and no cheese for my DoorDash order. If you do not want to do 3rd Party Delivery anymore, just Dont. Stop Punishing your Local Customers to try and make some sort of passive-aggressive point to another company. This was the first time I doordashed this place, because my schedule did not allow me to come in like usual…and now Im not coming back.

This is probably the best subway I’ve been to in recent memory. The workers are great. They are not skimpy when they make the sandwiches either. Five stars. They got a nice tip from me.
