6/2025 10* If I could give them 10 stars I would! What a great place. This is by far the friendliest Subway store I have ever been in. The staff is friendly with everyone. Repeat regular customers, new customers, kids and adults. Wow were they nice to everyone! The food was great and quick. Loved everything here!

Could’ve given no stars if possible. We have ordered from this location a few times, but lately whoever is hired, makes horrible sandwiches , it would be better if just provided with ingredients separately. The sandwich is messy, no condiments at all, even if instructed to put “extra”. No labels on the sandwich paper, open wrapper with lettuce falling out.

These folks are so focused on boosting profits that they’ve forgotten to actually fill their subs. Most of them end up looking like veggie sandwiches. It’s a real shame—owners should learn how to run a business properly. The “steak and cheese” footlong in the photos below is a perfect example: there’s neither steak nor cheese in sight.

Ordered a 6 inch sub on the mobile app, selected the ‘make it a meal option’ & chose the chips and bottled drink of my choice. The guy working at the time was arguing with me that a bottled drink costs $0.50 more and only gave in after I told him to just charge me the 50 cents so I can move on. I also ordered my sub toasted, but it’s cold & obviously wasn’t in the toaster. The customer service at this location isn’t great.. maybe have better luck driving 3 miles to the one in Palatine.

Am 15 years old and am 60% black and I personally think that the manager was racist tours me because when I ordered I did not even feel comfortable eating at the table because the employees and. The manager was keep on looking at me while I was eating and when I was getting one refill on my drink they told me to leave I had a terrible experience please never come to this subway and also when I got a meatball marina footlong they charged me 14$ dollars they overcharged me I should be sueing them and the only reason why I went to this subway is because it’s a walking distance from my house

Store says it closes at 9:00pm on Fridays. Just went in at 8:35pm and the store associate already had put everything away. She was mopping the floor and looked liked she was almost done. She told me they were closed and when I left she locked the door. Don’t say you close at 9 when you pull your food and close shop at 8:20. Don’t think there was a manager there because I am assuming they would not let an employee close 40 minutes early.

Went in today and ordered a six inch tuna, a bag of chips and a Chicken noodle soup. I’m not sure why some stores don’t have soup already heated like it should be. One of the employees had to grab some soup from the back and heat it up for about 5 min or so. Once he grabbed the soup, I knew it was boiling because the worker spilled some on himself and it definitely looked like it hurt. I was careful when I opened the soup, but then realized this nasty stench coming from my soup. The color of the soup looked like the broccoli cheddar soup. Mind you this was supposed to be Chicken noodle soup. Once I tried it, it was disgusting, I immediately spit it out and did not eat it. Unfortunately I was already far from the store that I couldn’t go back and get a refund. I hope no one else gets a nasty chicken noodle
