Best wings and pizza I have EVER had! Their hot wings are to die for. I recently ordered pickup through UberEats because they always have promotions for Lou Malnati’s, and it was 100% every penny! I ordered the hot wings and a small pepperoni pizza, and they were both delicious. Their homemade ranch and lemon garlic sauce took it to a whoooole new level. I 100% recommend. There were no issues with my order!

Ordered pizza for pick up – it was horribly dry, no butter crust, and burnt. I asked for sausage pieces and got the whole slab of sausage. Also, told the person I didn’t receive my Giardinera peppers on the side. As a courtesy, they should’ve reimbursed me but they did not. Mind you, I have been eating Lou Malnati’s over 30 years this is the worst it’s ever been. I’ve had good pizza at this location before too but never this bad. Not sure what changed. My family and I didn’t eat it – threw it out.

I ordered a small deep dish butter crust with sausage onion and cheddar easy cheese, well done and buffalo wings well done. I picked up my order and put it on the floor of the car and headed home. Grabbed the pizza (which on a level floor) and the bottom of the box is dripping wet. Juice from the pizza is everywhere. 1. Why was the pizza wet? 2. The onions were hard like crunchy apples. 3. I asked for light cheese and the pizza was so thick with cheese. This location is just awful. I stopped ordering from here because my order was always a mess, no matter how specific I am. It’s been about 6-8 months and it hasn’t gotten any better. You guys have to do better!

The pizza is really good 8/10 times. But the service at the Flossmoor location is absolutely horrendous. And this is consistent. Time and time again the service is trash.

Pizza is NEVER ready on time. I mean that literally. I have NEVER walked in and gotten my pizza when it was supposed to be ready. Ever.

And the customer service is awful. There’s one woman in particular (black, tall, light skinned) who is nonchalant and dismissive. I can’t understand why she has a customer-facing job at all. She’s not the only one but she’s the worst.

Tonight I scheduled my pizza for pickup at 7:30 pm. I walk in at 7:35 (knowing it wouldn’t be ready on time) and give my name. The cashier walks back to check on my pizza … but then doesn’t tell me … anything. I had to ask what was up. She tells me the pizza isn’t ready and she doesn’t know when it will be. Helpful.

I called the GM, who’d given me his card and asked me to call the next time I ordered a pizza because this location has screwed up three pizzas previously. After I explained the situation, he tells me it’s also really busy at the New Lenox location because the Bears are on. Fine. But lell people that when they order so that we know what to expect. And how about your cashier have just a little more professionalism?

Tonight was it. Never again. Not from this location anyway. They are the WORST. Top to bottom. There were another two customers there who were also waiting forever. I heard one man say he’d been waiting for an hour and 15 minutes. They told him to come back in 25 minutes. An hour 40 minutes for PIZZA?

Trash.

Absolutely LOVE this Lou’s. Especially when the cardboard Jason gets put up around Halloween. The owner is amazing as well. He actually cares about how his food is presented to us. Which is almost rare these days. Thank you.

Service is friendly and location is clean. It’s for pick up only but still the classic Lou’s flavor. We took it with us on our way out of town because I couldn’t leave Chicago without having a slice of this heaven. We got The Lou and a couple frozen pizzas to take home so others can try it!

If you order a deep dish pizza, it was heavily recommended to not have the pizza precut.
So, I accepted this recommendation and requested some utensils in order to cut the pizza.
I also requested napkins, crushed red pepper and some parmigiana cheese.
I recieved none of these.
I doubt my request was even read.
The pizza was pleasant.
The manner in which I was left to consume it was not.

I’m still in shock by how horrible the pizza was. I came out of town from Texas for the Thanksgiving holiday and couldn’t wait to try this place out. I’d had Lou Malnati’s before but only their downtown location. I figured it would taste the same. There is NO WAY this is the same pizza. It was terrible. We tried a thin crust and a deep dish. The thin crust was supposed to be half cheese and half pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers. They forgot the bell peppers and the sausage didn’t look nor taste real. I have never in my life had worse pizza. The deep dish didn’t even taste fully cooked and had absolutely zero taste. The thin crust may as well had been a pizza flavored potato chip. Taste, texture, appearance, everything about it was awful. I was embarrassed because I bragged about Lou Malnati’s to my family only for us to end up throwing it away. I will never eat at Lou Malnati’s nor order them online ever again. Over $50 worth of pizza, fed to the trash can.

Love lou, not a fan of this location. We already called to resolve it but in my opinion, they don’t care. Wish that would change but I don’t have faith in that. The phone will just keep ringing because the ingredients taste amazing…they are just not compelled to do better. Love lou so much we had it at our wedding…shame we are thinking of switching if tonight goes poorly. Pics are from a few weeks ago. Supposed to be extra cheese. Anyone else feel this is barley enough to be considered regular cheese?

Update: our next pizza was on point. Loved it. We will leave a good review if tonight’s pizza is as it should be too.
