Ordered 12 in with added bacon. Only had 1 piece of bacon on half sandwich. Soda machine don’t not have carbonation. Bathrooms out of order. The nice thing was it was clean inside. Total came to 23 bucks for sandwich chips and drink plus tip . A little high but was expected

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I redeemed a free footlong coupon and was charged extra for cheese, which is not part of the promotion terms. When I questioned the charge, the owner (Rita) became aggressive and raised her voice instead of resolving the issue professionally.

I calmly requested a refund for the incorrect charge, including the tax, but she refused and only offered extra cheese, which I clearly stated I did not want. She also discouraged me from scanning my promo code and preferred to manually enter my number, which felt concerning.

Customers should not be charged additional fees when redeeming valid promotions. Very unprofessional handling of a simple issue. I hope management addresses this practice.

Me and my friend went in and got our sandwiches. A younger coworker was okay, but there was an older Indian lady. I accidentally spilled a drink and apologized and offered to help clean it up. The younger coworker brought out the older one. I’m guessing it was a manager or the owner of the store, but she was off the bat very rude and gave attitude right away even after us apologizing she didn’t acknowledge that we apologize and just went on about her work. She’s giving us dirty looks and staring at us the whole time. She was talking bad about her coworker in Hindi, and she thought me and my friend couldn’t understand her, but we understood everything that she was saying and told the younger girl that I don’t have knowledge

Dirtiest location. I’ve been to gas station subway locations cleaner than this.
The cooks do not wear hairnets and the veggies are iced over frozen.
The bathrooms were disgusting (see photos)
They don’t accept any coupons and frankly I don’t feel safe eating here. This location is supposed to be upper-end in South Barrington, but it’s incredible how the franchise just let this location go to shame.

Wastage of money, no quality.
No meal of the Day option despitevthe same showing online for same store..

Only few option to choose from and even that was not prepared and served well..

They do not know that even if the person is eating at store; sandwich should have been wrapped in usual paper so that one can unwrap and eat.. for me it was served directly..

Wasted $20 for a foot long sub…

1:30pm Saturday she canceled my order that went through when I used my free 4th sub reward so I went inside to order instead and gave her my coupon and she wouldn’t accept it. Is this even allowed

The food is the same level as in all other subway locations but the staff was not very friendly. At first no one took care of me, later three associates did it in a very uncoordinated way. I tried to smile at them several times, but never got a one back, neither a friendly word. The staff was difficult to understand. I will not return to this location.

Ordered the new bbq chicken honey mustard sandwich. The lady barley put any meat on it but my biggest issue is that I requested she make it a meal. She said it comes with a small drink and chips and if that size was okay I said yes. She was very polite however as I paid and grabbed a small cup she stopped me saying she didn’t charge me for the drink and proceeded to enter the charge in her machine. Automatically assuming I wanted her to charge a second charge on my credit card just for a small drink. I declined and took my sandwich and chips and left with no drink. First of all she made the mistake of not charging me. She should have just given me the free small drink. Where is the customer service????? Never going here again. It’s the point that nowhere anywhere exists customer service anywhere these days. Sad.
