I just got a footlong sandwich from this location. The service was good and everything was fine. Until I got home and found a long piece of black hair baked into the bread. At first I thought it was just my hair but as I pulled it, it was actually inside the bread. Threw my entire sandwich out after that.

I placed an order through Grub Hub. I ordered a combo meal which included a footlong, chips and drink. I ordered a second bag of chips to reach their $10 minimum. When the order came I was missing the bottle of water. The delivery driver tried to tell me i didn’t order a drink, showing me the order receipt and I pointed out the last item, which was the bottle of water I ordered. I initially said not to worry about it and then found out I was also missing the second bag of chips. When I called, I couldn’t understand what he was saying, then I was hung up on. I called back and and told then not to worry about bringing it back, just refund my card. He said he had to talk to the manager and would call me back, without taking my information. Again, was hung up on as i tried to give my phone number. Will never order from them again!

I have uber snack rewards and on uber app. shown the location to redeem my uber snack. I requested drink and cookie and showed it to a cashier and he refused give it to me and said that they are not with uber anymore. Was just there today and one of the guys with longer hair up to his shoulders wasn’t wearing a mask WHILE preparing the ingredients. He was laughing and talking over the toppings that had no cover on them. With covid being an issue its gross he wasn’t wearing a mask.

Just left, ordered a sub and asked for no lettuce just spinach on the sandwich. The preparer literally put two pieces of spinach on the sandwich. I asked for more and he put an additional piece. Compared to other Subways, they are very scarce with the veggies here.
