Yes its a pizza parlor, but what i saw was a business thats community oriented and caring. I had a coupon for a free Lrg pizza. I was willing to pay for Pep but they gave it for free. Great customer service from everyone. Thanks keep up the tremendous work.

Alfredo tastes more on the dry, tasteless, chucky, and felt like not much effort went to making it. Pizza was just ok. No I would not be going back . Even delivery costs $6.50 plus tax and have to tip. Not worth it. I should have just gone to Applesbe. Bty no sauce was on the pizza (basic tomato sauce missing???)

I ordered a sheet pizza and didn’t annunciate very well when I was speaking on the phone. the manager thought I asked for a large cheese pizza and when the mistake had been made, I called back and they remedied the situation immediately and gave me a sheet pizza and didn’t even charge me more money that I should’ve been charged. I was only charged for a large instead of a sheet pizza. Not only does their pizza taste amazing but the customer services is top-notch. Thank you to Zach the manager for blessing our family.

This is the 3rd time in a row we’ve ordered a pizza and it was not edible. The other two times we brought it back. We started ordering from somewhere else. We gave this location another shot because we had to order fast. I ordered a large pizza, a medium pizza, fries, and wings. We ordered the wings to be well done. They were mush. The large pizza was not cooked in the middle at all. The medium pizza was fine. We don’t have time to return it and complain because we don’t have time. But this is ridiculous. We will never order from this location again. I just wasted $60 and have to cook the pizza myself!

Or ordered a sheet pizza , The crust was undercooked and soggy. And the topping slid right off when I tried to pick up a slice. And had to eat the pizza with a knife and fork. Was extremely embarrassed to serve this to my guests.

Marks in the past was my go to best pizza. Not anymore. The past three times I have ordered at Marks in Fairport the pizza was horrible. I pushed myself to order thinking they just had a bad day. After three times I have decided horrible quality, horrible taste, and horrible service. I will never order from here again. I am looking for another place to get good pizza. So sad I have ordering from here for years. So sad to see it go from best to worst ever.
