I almost always order through my app. I always order my sandwiches, not toasted. why is it almost every time I get my sandwiches, they are toasted? it clearly states on the app TOASTED or REGULAR. I have only come to this location out of convenience. Well, not anymore I will drive further to MR SUB at least they have always gotten my order right. it’s worth the extra driving time to get them and not Subway. I truly believe the people are programmed with TOASTED in their brains. For future reference, take care of the customer. their are a lot more sandwich places out there.

Things must changed, because the staff & on property management at this Subway is above & beyond the norm. The entire facility, restrooms and dining area was incredibly clean. The staff behind the counter was very polite, and they processed a large order quickly, while assisting other patrons. Excellent job!

Personally, I have been here twice now and would advise people to stay away from this location specifically. The food was ok, the guy making sandwiches was nice and quick but the concerning part was the drink machine. When I went to get some ice there were some black specks on it and at first I thought it was some dirt but no, it was indeed mold. I was certainly say that you should not be getting drinks from this location as they do not clean that machine at all but more importantly, it makes you think that if they cannot clean this machine enough to keep mold out of it, then it concerns me how well do the keep with the cleanliness of other things.

Food poisoning 3 times from the same location. I actuelly gave these guys a chance…I was only regular customer during covid19. They made my order for literly 2 years and cant remember it. I gave these guys multiple chances and they proved to be inept. The chicken is spoiled and I have never seen then FIFA their food…and I went ther every 3 days for 2 years. Everything the 1 reveiws are correct this place needs to go.

Wish i would have read earlier reviews before stopping here. Guy talking on his phone the entire time while making my order. By far the worst experience i have ever had at Subway. Food quality and service were terrible. Restrooms were also filthy, felt like washing my hands there actually made them less clean.

Food was fine but service is questionable. Worker was talking on phone while taking order and making sandwich. Should of walked out with such poor and rude manners, but Jimmy Johns was to far and I was hungry. Next time it’s jimmy johns or subway in Elmhurst where customer service is better.

One of the cheapest Subways I have been to before which is a shame as it is right by my workplace. I have finally stopped going here after giving them multiple chances to make things right. One such example of my frustrations was when I ordered a meatball sandwich and only received 6 meatballs on a footlong sandwich (normally that is about right for a 6in). On another occasion I ordered a salad with spinach to which they placed 3 leaves in the bowl, when I asked for more he picked up another ONE piece. On several occasions I was also asked if I wanted lettuce with my salad….
