Terrible veggies.. I always have the grossest experiences when I go there, the veggies all look so old and molded. The lettuce is always pink and red and the tomatoes look dry as hell. The spinach is all black and soggy

Ordered Ubereats, didn’t know that it orders only from this location. Requested all 4 sandwiches to be toasted and Requested and paid for veggie patties. All 4 subs were NOT toasted and veggies were ice cold, they did not include the patties which I paid for. I paid double than what I would have paid if I picked up directly. They also added (wilted) Spinach to all subs which we did not ask for Spinach at all. PLEASE READ THE ORDERS CORRECTLY. Wasted $75 (not including tip) for terrible dinner.

Lack of understanding and a big language barrier. I had to repeat my order at least three times to two different employees. I told them one sub I wanted twice and they still rung it up wrong and still tried to charge me, the customer for the difference. In the end they did give me the chips and drink for nothing but the attitude of the female employee stinks. I asked her for a small cup for water for myself and she let out this big sigh like I was asking her for the moon. I definitely will not come back to this location again until they get employees who understand the English language and are not so rude to paying customers.

Bad service I had to repeat my order several times and they wanted to charge me another sandwich, the two women were talking to each other and didn’t put any attention on their work. The new “churro” was really bad, the lady didn’t change her gloves, it tasted uncooked and onion flavored.

Our last experience here was horrible and will probably prevent us from returning. Being inside of Walmart it made for a convenient way to pick up a quick dinner after a short shopping trip. We ordered a couple of sandwiches and the entire time the girl behind the counter was talking to friends who kept approaching the counter to talk with her about personal issues. She kept under serving the ingredients called for on the sandwiches and when we said she didn’t put the required amount on the sandwich she seemed annoyed and begrudgingly fixed it, and this happened repeatedly. We have not returned to that location since.

Worst Customer Service. Horrible experience. Asked for an empty salad box for the veggies. I asked thrice and he replied thrice that he will charge 7 dollars for an empty box. Went into Walmart, bought a 2 dollar takeaway box pack and packed my leftover veggies. P.S They overfilled the veggie sub with loads of lettuce. Extremely rude. Will never ever buy from them again.
