I have read through a lot of reviews . I have been coming to this Subway on Fairfield for 5 years . My family and I go there at least 4 times a week . The owner is amazing and so is the staff . At no time have we seen them be discourteous with customers . In fact , we see them go above and beyond for customers . They feel like family .

By far, 1 of the WORST locations I’ve ever been too. The atmosphere is weird, and the employees are creepy and just stare at you. Not to mention, the sandwiches we’re absolutely disgusting. The sandwich meat and cheese was warm and didnt taste right at all, the vegetables tasted very old and very slimy. The onions alone tasted like plastic. I highly recommend picking ANY other locations. Such a waste of money.

Used to visit this Subway once a week but am rarely in the area anymore. So glad to see that this franchise is still one of the cleanest and has employees who act like they appreciate your business. Food was also fresh and tasty. Minimum wait for our sandwiches. Good to see they haven’t changed.

The staff at this Subway is always quick, clean and pleasant. My kids love subway and I’ll get it at times as a treat. If I’m in uniform they’ll give me a cookie and thank me for my service with a big smile.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The last 3 times I order my sandwich NOT TOASTED, they toast it. When I get there to pick it up, they argue with me and say “that’s how it comes, you take this time and next time we no toast” instead of giving me what I ordered and paid for. Avoid this store like or plague.

This was my first time at the subway and the owner was very nice very patient with our deciding what we wanted it was an overall very good sandwich hardly anybody in there. But I would definitely go back the store was very clean and that’s very important for me.
