The meat station now has a cover so you cant see how much meat they are putting in the sandwich. And they take their time making sure you get as little as possible. The last quarter of my sandwich had absolutly no meat. And theyll still ask for a tip. Heres a tip, add a normal amount of meat so I dont eat all bread. Im never coming back.

“I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. The owner was not only rude but also seemed to disregard basic hygiene practices, which was extremely off-putting. The preparation area looked unclean, and employees handled food carelessly. When I asked for basic changes to my order, they were dismissive and unfriendly. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any Subway, and I definitely won’t be returning. I’d recommend finding a different location where cleanliness and customer service are actually prioritized.” Stay away. Go some other location and enjoy your food.

The best subway I have ever been to! The customer service is at the top, they are always sweet and attentive.
I always see a very pleasant Indian gentleman who works there. I always come in the morning hours, so I’ve never seen the red-haired guy everyone is talking about.

Absolutely NASTY service .
The guy with the orange beard and the Muslim woman who wears a mask are unbelievable.
They were handling cash , touching cash , touching their faces and then went to make my sandwich with the same gloves they touched the cash with. I told them to please make me a new sandwich with clean gloves or refund me my moneys and they laughed in my face and told me no. Disgusting and unhygienic . No suprise I was extremely sick after eating their food

This review should get ZERO stars! From the moment I walked in the manager was very unwelcoming and rude. Terrible customer service. Owner/Manager had a terrible attitude towards me. I placed an online order and the owner was making my order when I walked in so I asked if they could put a topping on only half the sandwich and they proceeded to tell me that their only following my order and had a bad attitude. Next time I’ll be taking my business elsewhere! Upon asking the manager for more lettuce the manager looked and said that is extra lettuce. Based on the photo there is little to no lettuce so I have no idea what he’s talking about. This place skimps out on toppings. Go down the street to the subway on Palatine road and Quentin where it is much nicer and customer service is great. Twas barely any lettuce on there! Needless to say, I will NEVER come here again! The ambience was terrible and the manager continued to tell his worker to do as he’s told and snapped at him! You can feel the tension when you walk in! Overall rude manager! I’m NEVER coming back!
