Fast-casual environment with walk up, phone in or online service only. Our east Nashville location is ] small and thanks to covid we’ve made it take-out only. Our friends at Mickey’s Tavern, located next door, allow our food to be taken in with your favorite pint on tap. Come early, come often as favorites often sell out. We focus on quality and consistency, working with local farms and producers to offer only the best Italian American food in a non-pretentious, craft-driven environment. Plus, we make one heck of an Italian Beef sandwich.

Service was fast and efficient even during the lunch rush, which I really appreciated. This was my second time eating here, my first visit was for the bolognese, which was so good it’s the reason I came back. Great portion sizes, consistent quality, and clearly a kitchen that cares about execution. I’ll absolutely be back again.

Ugh I hate leaving reviews. But it’s just disappointing. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this venue. I’m a huge pasta lover, it’s hard to not please me with any pasta dish. The first time I thought maybe it was just an off day but this second visit has confirmed that the food is not worth the price and doesn’t live up to the hype. I’ve attached a photo, near $18 for this dish that tastes as good as it looks…. Which is really not good

Food in East Nashville isn’t exactly known for being amazing, but the hype sure makes you think otherwise. Honestly, I’m starting to believe that a lot of folks here haven’t eaten outside of Nashville, judging by the glowing reviews for some truly mediocre spots.
My main issue today is this restaurant’s repeated inability to get to-go orders right. I’ve given them three separate chances before writing this review, and each time, they’ve managed to mess up my order.
To be fair, the food can be good—when it’s made correctly. I’ve had a nice meal or two here before, so I know they’re capable. But the last three times I ordered takeout, I asked for an Italian beef, dipped, and what I got was a dry sandwich with barely any meat. The picture speaks for itself. The fries are not good at all they always taste burnt. Now I came in here a long time ago and had an eggplant sandwich that was really good except for the eggplant being under cooked. But I’m tired of the takeout issues at this location and most likely will not return.

One of the reviews said the meatball sandwich was life changing. They failed to say that the tarimisu was also life changing. Everything we had was fresh and delicious and quickly served to us. We opted for patio seating rather than the inside as we were sharing several things. The patio was comfortable and they had plenty of umbrellas for shade. Their pasta appeared to be fresh made and they even had gnocchi which is always a treat to find on a menu.

I ordered delivery so I don’t know the place, but from what I received I can say that is a wonderful restaurant. The pasta was just right,I ordered spaghetti, and the sauce (marinara) was delicious! I was glad I asked for extra sauce. The chicken was magnificent, tender and tasty, and it arrived so quickly that I didn’t need to heat it up; the cheese was still melting on top. And the cannoli, my God, I loved it. And everything arrived very well packaged, excellent. It was my first time ordering from here and I will definitely be a regular customer from now on. I highly recommend it.

We ordered pasta and a sandwich from Uber Eats and the sandwich was left. I called the restaurant and spoke with Daniel about the issue and he handled it with impressive professionalism. We put in a 2nd order for the sandwich and he threw in a beverage, extra sandwich and dessert. We were so impressed. And, the food is absolutely delicious. A tricky experience turned into an incredible dinner, lunch tomorrow, and impression of how to do business. Big ups to Nicolettos!!!

The food is to die for! The service is impeccable! The fella working the front counter is beyond helpful! He made sure we got exactly what we wanted and was great at helping my 8-year-old. I didn’t catch his name, but if you see this- know that you’re something special!

26.50 for chicken parmesan. The piece of chicken was the only part of this meal that was edible. I will never spend money here again. The spaghetti and Bolognese absolutely disgusting overcooked noodles and just highly disappointed.

I ordered a build your own pasta and I added sausage to it. I did not read the description of the sausage and peppers but I expected Italian sausage and was given andouille sausage. The pasta and sauce were great the sausage however does not mesh with the Italian flavors.

The pasta is delicious! I ordered ahead of time and my order was ready for me when I got there. I enjoyed eating on the patio on a sunny day. The addition of basil and Parmesan on my chicken Alfredo was perfect! I definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for a tasty pasta without the dining room service.
