Placed an online order for pick up, ordered a 6-inch specialty meatball sub. Upon arrival to pick up my order they had upgraded my sub to a foot-long free of charge! The restaurant appeared clean and the staff were very friendly. I rarely eat Subway but if I were to again I’d definitely return to this location.

The service at this Subway location is completely unacceptable. The staff prioritize whatever they want and operate based on their own convenience rather than serving customers. Their behavior and attitude make the experience extremely frustrating, to the point where you will not want to return. I strongly recommend avoiding this location entirely unless there is a serious change in management and service standards.

Terrible subway location! I ordered a Italian bmt with no cheese because my kid is allergic to it. I made this order through DoorDash, when I got it, it had cheese. I tried calling to get a new sandwich or my money back, the lady kept talking back to me and telling me I can’t order a Italian bmt with no cheese LOL. Then she kept talking about how I ordered cheese on my salad and that I’m creating problems for no reason. This is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard. Save yourself the trouble, there’s a McDonald’s down the street.

My experience at this location was good, ordered a meatball sandwich and it was made as I wanted. Mozzarella, onion, tomato, lettuce, jalapenos and toasted. Description is just so when you look at the picture you know what’s on it. The tip jar was sad looking with pennies in it so I gave a good tip because it was made how I wanted. I’m sure experiences may varie. I’m sure it’s not a high paying job so service might depend on how friendly the customer is and the mood of the staff okay… I’m rambling on, thanks for reading.

Normally I feel very safe talking to the employees at subway and ordering is always a pleasure but this evening was different, when I walked in the young lady that served me asked if I was buying anything, I was like “I’m here aren’t I?” But I didn’t say that out loud.i choose my bread, meat, and so on, she asks if I want it toasted and this sandwich is basically my comfort meal and I ALWAYS get it toasted so ofc I say yes because why wouldn’t I? As I write this this sandwich is basically cold and usually at the subway near my home there is a very small cheese pull, none here. As I paid she said 7.13, no issue with the price, but I have bad hearing at times, so I asked “13?” For clarification, and I just expected her to say yes, but she said with a tiny amount of attitude (which I can get if you’re tired but I was really respectful) “yes, 1-3” like I’m not that slow, ma’am. Then I left, the sandwich had too much mustard but tbh that happens when I get this order no matter where from. The girl had attitude.

Staff is super nice, they pack your sandwich so you get your moneys worth. They also accept coupons. One time their system was down and told me they would give me my sandwich and i could come back another day to pay. Came back the following day to pay for my sandwich and he said it was on the house. Lady one time gave me and my boyfriend cookies for free. Love this place!

We were terribly disappointed to learn that the locations in Mundelein do not take the coupons that Subway mails out. How ridiculous. We had a great experience at a Subway in Indiana on a trip and love the new menu. But we feel it is a rook to be sent coupons that local franchises won’t honor. Plus, the other reviews on this and other place are not very stellar and note uncleanness, rudeness, etc. The chain needs more consistency. We always have a good experience at other sandwich places like Jimmy Johns and McAllisters.

Me and my girlfriend always come here even though the mundelein one is closer, they always give us more meat without asking for extra, they are super nice and never have an attitude like mundelein does. They accept coupons, the guy there has always treated us very well! Truly the best subway out there

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I took the first bite of my sandwich and it had a terrible taste.. after tasting every single ingredient separately I realized the olives were bad!!
So I called the store and after explaining the situation, the lady in charge refused to make me a new sandwich and said she will only make me a refund if I bring back the sandwich to the store without a single bite. HOW was that possible?
When I got to the store, she grabbed the sandwich and laughed.
I asked her again if she could just re-do my sandwich and she said she didn’t want to make another sandwich for me, so she picked up the phone and called someone to help her with the refund.
She was veeeery RUDE!
