Jan 8, 2025 @ 8:15 pm. We stopped at the Staples location for dinner, excited to see that the lobby and drive thru were empty. The excitement quickly dissipated once we entered the store, they were out of no less than five items, the lobby had trash on the floor, tables didn’t have benches on them, and the employees were too preoccupied with their conversations to do anything about the issues. I’ve had many good experiences at Panda, but the bad ones I’ve had have been at this specific location.
I did not eat since they were out of all four items that I typically order with none being prepared. My wife did and said that her food was not on par with the others we have visited.

Food is great. Parking, not so much. The line to the drive through makes it difficult to enter and park. It is much, much faster to park somewhere else and then walk over, order your food, walk back to your car, then leave. If it weren’t for the parking, I would give it five stars. One patron struggled to leave because the drive through line blocked him from leaving. Aside from that, staff are great, polite, courteous, and wonderful overall.

Ordered 4 egg rolls, 1 order cream cheese Rangoon & 2 teriyaki chicken bowls and small order chow mein noodles I requested teriyaki sauce on the side. Cashier at drive thru says I put the sauce in the bag!! I get home there are 2 soy sauce packs, two chilli packs and two sweet and sour packs!?!?!? No teriyaki sauce! Chicken was extra dry, noodles were also very dry…. Not a good experience this time around!!!!!

I went and got a plate through the drive-thru I ordered two different types of protein and lo mein. The food is not hot it is lukewarm at its best I walked in to ask them for some chopsticks and let them know that the food was not hot the person behind the counter looked at me like I was dumb like she did not understand English this is my first time eating Panda Express and maybe my last time.

I ordered from this Panda Express through Uber Eats, and let me tell you—it was a complete disappointment. First off, my teriyaki chicken came with NO teriyaki sauce. What’s the point of ordering it if they don’t even bother to include the sauce? The rice was dry, tasted old, and honestly felt like it had been sitting out for hours. The noodles? Just as bad—dry, flavorless, and completely unappetizing.
To make matters worse, they didn’t include any soy sauce, napkins, or even a fortune cookie. It’s like whoever packed this order just threw random food in a box without caring at all about quality or customer experience. The level of incompetence here is ridiculous. If you can’t even get the basics right, why are you in business?
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place unless you like wasting money on food that tastes like it was made without effort. Absolutely unacceptable.

The food is always amazing but the service sucks 2x have I gotten the same lady and those 2 times she has had to ask me multiple times what I want in my order. Maybe instead of flirting with that one coworker she should be paying attention to the customers!

The only negative thing I can say about this place is that they need to up their game by distributing Sweet&Sour in portion cups like most Chinese restaurants do. The little fast food condiment version of this is disappointing because it is not a good substitute. Otherwise I eat here frequently never been inside always drive through or delivery. But the food is good.

We love this location. Very clean, & we enjoy the self serve soda pop section. So steer clear if you see me there jk. I always forget to take pictures bc the food is so delicious, but the staff is very friendly & of course the food is always on point.

We’ve had two experiences here so far and both were enough to ensure we don’t come back. Once was a drive through pick up and the food was disappointing to say the least. The orange chicken was soggy and the broccoli beef was clearly wrong (meat was grey? and not seared and the sauce was so watery and non existent). We contacted their customer support who offered us coupon codes to re order the meal for free anytime over the next couple months.
Well we went back and it was somehow worse. The inside was gross, the ceiling had a lot of water damage, the ice machine looked like it had moldy slime. Water barely came out of the tap in the bathrooms. The whole place looked like it desperately needed repairs and cleaning, there was storage boxes in the dining area too. The food was much the same, the orange chicken was a bit better but the broccoli beef was still grey and lacked sauce. The manager’s response was well that’s what it looks like today, it is cooked and “edible”. She did offer a free medium entree to replace the broccoli beef but it wasn’t reassuring. Never planning to return to this location. We’ve been to many pandas across the state and have never had this bad a problem.

I’ve never been a fan of this place but I got a free meal and decided to give it another chance. The line was very slow. There weren’t that many people in there and it probably took me about ten minutes to get to the front. I got the fresh sesame chicken. I say fresh because they had just changed it out. The manager was there making sure that everything met the freshness requirements, which was nice to see. The customer service was great but I think it’s over priced with smaller serving sizes compared to regular chineese good stores. The store was very clean but I don’t think that I will be back.
