I am actually appalled by the older lady that was there. She was taking care of customers when I entered so it didn’t bother me that I wasn’t greeted but the 2 young ladies(European) left, it was ONLY her & I, she proceeded to take bread out of the warmer to make a sandwich, STILL not acknowledging me. A hispanic gentleman walked in and this Woman had the audacity to greet him VERY pleasantly before he could even enter all the way. I Could Not believe it! There is literally a McDonald’s within feet where I chose to spend my money. At a time with our current administration against Most minorities, hers being One, this is Not the time to discriminate against ANY human!! There are MANY subway’s and IF this is your choice and you are African AMERICAN I advise you to spend your money elsewhere ESPECIALLY if the lady that’s there on today which is 8/16/2025 at 1:00pm is present!! ACTUALLY GO TO ANYONE but this one because this isn’t the First time she’s exhibited this behavior because she was to comfortable.

The food was ok but the staff was almost in hiding and the place was filthy. If we wouldn’t have been starving and unfamiliar with the area and in a hurry, we would have went elsewhere. The cleanest thing in the ladies room was the toilet seat.

The place was dirty and un kept. Food was below average as my toasted sub wasn’t even that warm. Cookies were stale and rock hard almost like they were made 2 or 3 days ago then being advertised as freshly baked. Person making the food never changed his gloves after touching cash and various doors. I hope I don’t get sick from this place last time I eat here.

I love subway, but this location is not the best, all tables are always dirty. person who do subs never put it together and he wraps it somehow so when you unwrap sub it falls apart lake if it was a salad which you are trying to eat without fork.

220 friday the 31st. Employee asked what id like then walked away. He came back i told him twice honey mustard bbq chicken 6 inch wheat. He cuts it, puts chicken and honey mustard then toasts it. No cheese. It came out, he put tangy sweet sauce and bbq on it. I didnt ask for tangy anything. I said can i have cheese. He said its there and pointed at the honey mustard sauce. I said thats sauce, it comes with cheese. He looked at the menu and again pointed to the sauce and said thats cheese. I left. Clearly he cant read, or do his job.

This is honestly the best experience at a Subway restaurant that I’ve ever had. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the cleanliness of the restaurant. When I came up to order, I was attended by Andy, who I give full credit for the satisfaction of my visit. He has excellent customer service, keeps his restaurant clean, and is an excellent sandwich artist. I will definitely keep this location in mind for future visits.

This is the first subway i went to since they did their rebranding a bit ago. The staff was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and we’ll maintained. The food was fine, but not any better than it was before the rebrand, with basically the same menu items at a higher price than i was used to, but that is this locations fault. If i was hungry and driving past again I would definitely stop back in.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any subway. The shop located at 3020 N. Skokie Hwy Lake Bluff Il 60044 is a must pass. If your near here please keep driving. My family of 6 adults stopped here for lunch on our way to a funeral. We were not greeted at all even after we offered warm hellos. Then the guy who i assume was working online orders actually continued to accept and print them while we waited. After he was done tapping the computer, wiping his face and scratching his head…he was not happy i asked him to change those wrinkled contaminated gloves. It’s covid season and I’m serve safe certified in 6 states so no thanks. It took almost an hour to finally finished getting served. Cashier was sloppy with ingredients. Didn’t warm things like chicken and steak. Had to come back in to have sandwiches warmed in a microwave because who wants cold chicken teryiaki or steak? We got over charged for chips and when i presented the receipt to cashier he was confused as he barely spoke English. I think the cookies were a day old. Oh i almost forgot the bathrooms looked like a bomb went off my brother and i agree we believe neither bathroom has been cleaned since this location opened. More disgusting than any truck stop or gas station hull. My survey was apparently only good for 5 days which is not stated on the receipt. I don’t want a free sandwich i want Subway to know this location, staff, quality of food and condition is horrific. Again if this pops up please keep driving.
