Screwed up 2 different orders. One order was for 2 completely different sandwiches.1 sandwich to be toasted the other one not. They toasted the wrong one. Few months later, I ordered a sandwich with no lettuce, tomato, extra chipotle sauce onions and green peppers. My sandwich had tomatoes, lettuce, onions and mayo. Spicy Italian with mayo=gross. Spoke to the owner on the first mistake, he apologized but would not refund or offer a replacement . Second order I’m not even going to bother complaining. Not going back to this location, might even not go to any subways Again. Swithcing to Jersey Mikes.

Ordered a salad and literally every piece of veggie was counted, down to the spinich leaves. Very stingy customer service. Half my salad bowl was empty. Wasn’t expecting a fancy salad but come on…

I placed my mobile order, and the app said my food would be ready in 20 minutes. Got there early, and the app makes it so you can’t check in until 5 minutes for curbside pickup. Once it was time, I got my order. But it was soggy and cold. Seemed as though my order was made right away. There’s no point in ordering and not being able to check in right away if foods are ready right away.

Beth and Jazmin is the best. They greeted me with a smile and gave me they heart. Beth gave me fresh cookies. They both have excellent customer service experience. Please put both of them as managers. They deserve a better pay. If both of them is not working there anymore. I will not come back. Beth and Jazmin is some great ladies. I love them. My name is Demetrius. I love subway more now because of Beth and Jazmin. I came there at 6:11pm Date 2/20/23. God bless both of them.

I have noticed a recent trend at most Subways where they are putting less veg on the sandwiches (guessing it’s for “cost savings”). However this place does not do that; they actually put the appropriate amount on. I placed an online order recently and they ended up being out of the bread; I guess it’s an issue with the website and it not updating on their actual in-house ingredients. They were very apologetic and offered a solution that worked for both of us.
This really is one of the only Subways that I go to. The ingredients are always fresh and the people that work there are always friendly!

Subways have cleanliness problem on sandwich counter. Not here. So I stop here when I’m in the area. Clean as a whistle, always. My only problem was that the lettuce was brown and wilty. All else was fine.

Usually I don’t care how fast food comes out, because its just fast food, but the last two it was bad. Two different times, two different dudes decided to put the meat and veggies in the center fold of the sandwich. Everything has been falling out and I’m eating a salad at this point lol. However, not everyone here does this and the ingredients do look fresh everytime
