Train your employees in customer service! My wife placed an order online for me to pickup. She sent me a picture of the confirmation. When I arrived at the store I said I was there for an online order. Immediately the rude teenage girl behind the counter told me they were not accepting online orders. I said well what do I do, I have a confirmation and I’ve already paid for it. At no point did she try to help with a solution she just kept blaming the computer. When I askee for her managers information to call tomorrow she got even more agitated and still blamed corporate and said it wasn’t her problem. I understand computer systems go down but when I walked in she acted like I should known it was down. The bottom line is you lost a customer, I won’t be back. I drove 10 miles back to Lolo to get my order. The two young men working there were awesome and polite. I tipped extra for great customer service.

The two teenagers who were working tonight need to work on their customer service. They were both EXTREMELY rude while I was trying to figure out what my husband wanted on his sandwich. They were rushing me, interrupting me and being extremely disrespectful. No one was in the store. Did they have somewhere better to be? Perhaps the manager should re-evaluate the types of employees they hire because who he has working there currently need to go.

The food here is great, and they are great at making it taste good however I went their and the woman that took our order was extremely RUDE. I was with my father and he asked for honey wheat bread and she responded by yelling,”THOSE ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS!!!!!”. When we were picking out our chips which were behind the counter due to Coronavirus, he tilted his head to look at what options they had, and the same lady yelled again, “TAKE A STEP BACK NOW, THERE IS A LIST RIGHT THERE!!!!! (a list of chips). I was so offended by her disrespect. We also asked for RED tomatoes and she put completely GREEN ones on the sandwich. Unfortunately I do not have her name. But if you like nice people do not come here.

Was treated horribly rude today by a teenager because we walked through the door without masks on. The CDC changed their recommendations yesterday, and I had spent the whole day shopping in Missoula without a mask and didn’t even think about it. Went into the Subway in Florence today they said to put on your masks unless you have had the vaccine and then went on to say how they wanted to see the card because everyone lie’s to them. Then I said so your saying that people with out the vaccine are like contagious she said they can’t be around the food… I will never get food in there ever again !!!!! I asked who made up that Rule she said her manager!! This is a privacy thing, they have know right asking to see anything. I’ll never go to this subway ever again.

Worst Subway I’ve been to. Our bread what so dry it was like biting through crackers. The amount of vegetables was quite meager as well. Lolo to the north or Stevensville to the south are better options.

Sandwich was fine. Clerk screaming at us about our fifth wheel rig in her parking lot not so good. 11AM, 1 other car and empty spaces available. Literally screaming and threatening to call poice.

This may be the cleanest, friendliest Subway I have ever been to. I was greeted when I arrived and I quickly ordered and got my sandwich. Parking is a little wonky, but otherwise everything was great.

Can I give zero stars?? This place is awful! I forgot to grab chips/drinks for my two kids meals I purchased so I called in a couple minutes later when I realized it and I was told I could not come back and get them! Well I told her I paid for them and was going to get them, when I went back in the woman working was giving me dirty looks and told me straight out that I was lying!!! Absolutely horrible service, will never go back to this Subway again.

ALMOST KILLED SOMEONE WITH FOOD ALLERGIES!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ORDERING EXPERIENCE! DID NOT EVEN READ THE ORDER PROPERLY. JUST COPIED ANOTHER ITEM ORDERED. SOME PEOPLE HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES AND THE LACK OF SOMEONE DOING THEIR JOB PROPERLY COULD HAVE LED TO A SERIOUS EMERGENCY. IT’S A GOOD THING WE ALWAYS CHECK OUR FOOD BEFORE WE EAT. WHEN WE CALLED THE LADY ON THE PHONE COULD HAVE CARED LESS!!
