We opened the front door at 2:01 and said hello…. Are you open? They said Sure… come in it. We ordered quickly and ask to have it to go. The staff was friendly, welcoming and efficient.
We had a delicious chicken burrito with tons of chicken. Split pea soup – yum!
A steak and cheese sandwich with French fries was fresh, filling and flavorful.
And then sweets- The owners mom is the dessert maker. We enjoyed the chocolate cake and creamsicle cake, but the God Bless America cake was the BEST! Rich, fresh, flavorful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
But the very best part of this restaurant is the incredibly kind and friendly staff. The owner made us feel like we were old friends.
Sparkling clean, cute decor and welcoming vibe. We cant wait to come back.

We stopped at C P Deli hoping to have breakfast. Unfortunately we were too late because they stopped serving it at 11 o’clock am. We decided to stay and see what was on the lunch menu. All the sandwiches looked good. We chose BLTs and a club sandwich. All the sandwiches were delicious.

We were camping at a local park and decided to eat breakfast here! It was actually very good. The country fried steak was amazing. Our waitress was very friendly. We look forward to eating here again on our next trip!

Staff is tremendous, precise and very friendly.
The food is quick and good, although I expected a little more.
The food is good, but not great. Its almost as if the chef is being held back from going to far.
My wife ordered the sausage gumbo. The gumbo was very good, but had absolutely no heat (spice) like gumbo is supposed to have.
They told me they had the best Reubens in Putnam County, so I tested it. They do not. It was good and well made, but the corned beef lacked flavor, taking away from the overall taste.
BTW, the absolute best coleslaw I have had in years, so creamy and flavorful. No salt or pepper needed!
Now, I’m picky so I gave them four stars because the food was good and was served hot and in a timely manner. Add to that the staff is just awesome.

Great place to eat subs and salads. I had the corned beef 12” with provolone and wife had a large tuna salad. My side I chose potato salad and it was homemade mayo mustard egg with red skinned potatoes. I will return when in the are.

Was in palakta visiting a friend , they wanted to treat me to breakfast and said C.P DELI had good breakfast . When we walked in the door I was looking around and noticed we were the only blacks . I ask do blacks come here ? He started yes . Which eventually a black family came in . The waitress who took our order was very friendly . I ordered three eggs grits and cheese two bacons two sausages homemade fries and pancakes . I think it was called the big breakfast special : I couldn’t eat all that . The customer service was good the environment was clean but very packed . The pancakes was very good . The food came out hot . The sweet tea I didn’t care for it tasted unsweet . Overall I’ll come back again .

Omelette was good but didn’t care for home fries, they were more deep fried. I always liked potatoes fried on flat top instead of deep fried. Just a personal preference.

Wonderful cafe with good food. The service is amazing. Last week I was there with 18 other men for a men’s breakfast bible study. The server and the kitchen work in harmony and the food was delivered rapidly with all receiving what they ordered.
