While the place was clean and “Tiny” was friendly, had to go with three stars as I have never paid so much at a subway before, and they got the wrong cheese on all 5 of the sandwiches which really ruined the lunch for the kids. Regarding the price, four 6” Turkey subs and one 6” cold cut combo set us back $45.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any Subway location.
I’ve been to several Subway stores before, and the service has always been great — but this one was just terrible.
The staff here clearly had no interest in their work. No smiles, no basic courtesy — just blank, uninterested faces.
If they don’t want to work, why are they even there? Absolutely the worst service I’ve seen.
With this attitude, you gonna loose the sales!

Got 10 sandwiches today and we all wanted tuna. They ran out of tuna after 4 sandwiches. The lazy employee just did not want to go back and get some more. I told him I would wait but he had all the excuses in the world. Had to settle for veggie patties. The cashier could have done more to stock up. One of the three employees was friendly and hardworking. We carefully made our orders and wrapped our sandwiches with enthusiasm.

Family owned and operated! Super good experience. They didn’t skimp at all on the toppings or the protein. The friendliest people I’ve met in W. Yellowstone and the nicest Subway staff I’ve ever encountered!

This is the worst Subway I’ve been to! Prices are majorly inflated and they don’t take part in the national promotions to help bring down their sky high prices. The food isn’t any good as both sandwiches that were ordered were made with stale bread. There are no tables inside of this Subway but it’s doubtful if you want to stay in there long as the temperature was well over 80 degrees.

I was quite disappointed by my visit to this Subway location. The staff appeared indifferent to customer service and were rude, as if they were questioning why I even chose to come there. They also seemed unfamiliar with their own menu, particularly when it came to making a basic sandwich. Honestly, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

We stopped in around 11:30am so before the lunch rush. The employees had to keep running to the back to grab bags of things they were out of and just poured new produce on top of the old stuff or left it (marinara and mashed avocado) in the bag and poured it over the sandwich. When the employee put the condiments on he just squirted a giant pile in the middle resulting in a sandwich that was too messy to eat. The store was not clean and the employees never changed their gloves . $45 for 3 six inch sandwiches we didn’t end up eating.

The staff is not well trained to make sandwiches, they are putting too much meat and then with the toppings everything is falling apart. Also when the meat and cheese are grilled due to large quantity of meat, the cheese doesn’t melt and meat is cold. Not recommended
