Terrible service, rude employees, dirty inside. My sandwich came and has 70% of my toppings and dressings outside of the sandwich. Bread was soggy. My money will be going to Footers from now on. Previously there was also a post on Facebook about how employees were also flipping customers off and locking the doors so customers couldn’t come in.

I am guessing there is new management, a couple months ago I wouldn’t have gave it 1 star the store was filthy and the employees didn’t care. I decided to give it a try again and it seems to have been cleaned up nicely and the employees were friendly. Hope it continues because it may have been the worst place I had ever been in last summer. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars is because they didn’t have unsweetened tea brewed even though there are signs promoting it around the store and I dont drink pop.

Broke my cookie in half like i always do and it had hair in it, great! I have given this specific store multiple chances to better their services, dissappointed that this specific store takes no pride in serving their customers, this is a prime example of how management can ruin good employees, no structure equals garbage service.

Terrible customer service, improper portions of EVERYTHING on my sandwich, as well as wrong ingredients. The kid working was friendly but made it seem like we were a bother being there spending our money on food. My food was still cold after he heated the meat and toasted my sandwich twice. Definitely don’t want to come back soon atm.

Honestly some of the best subway employees I have ever interacted with. BUT my sweet onion chicken sandwich was ice cold 🙁 very disappointing had to dismantle the sandwich to reheat my chicken when I got to my destination with my trailer. Otherwise great stop.

2 stars just for the man who was there. You could tell he was frustrated. I asked him to take his time and do what he has to. No rush. He said I’d like to but I just need a little break and a drink of water. Bet your but I got the man water. You can tell management was not present nor any other staff. Going into dinner rush also! Poor dude just kept on going. Mad prop to that man!!!

Went there for lunch today and there was only one poor little gal, named Karen, working. She was busting her tail and very pleasant. Apparently her co-worker disappeared. Seems like as busy as they are they would make sure there was more than one person working. We watched a couple people walk out because of the line. Management needs to pay closer attention. Thank the Gods for Karen.
