This is the best subway location hands down in Billings. They give proper portions of veggies and proteins, their ingredients are always fresh, and I’ve never had an issue coming here. They always get my orders correct. The workers are friendly and efficient as well!

10/22/2025 I just got done ordering some take home sandwiches. I don’t do this often but feel it needed to be said bc he impressed me. Jake made my order and let tell you what that young man is a great worker for his age and age group these days. I am a true blue collar kinda guy he impressed me when I asked for more of this or that he looked me in the eye with enthusiasm to complete what I asked. He mentioned he want to do it how I asked. His customer service is on point and his ability to do it with a smile to be at his job and work ethic. He needs a raise and our praise. Thank you Jake to remind us all to have a smile and do our jobs there is more like you out there glad I got to see it. Keep up the good work. You will go far in life!!!

The so called sandwich artists act very annoyed when they have to make a sandwich. I automatically feel rushed when they take my order and their body language says it all, they act irritated to do their job. It’s customer service, do better subway. I won’t be frequenting this subway ever again!

ABSOLITELY AMAZING, my sandwich was so soft and tasty. The manager whose name was Nicole was absolutely AMAZING she was so kind and efficient, dealing with multiple customers while maintaining everything else, she derserves a raise or something because it was amazing!!!

The little Mira (I think I spelt her name right) super sweet kind and patient with my family the girl with the blue hair came was not friendly, rolled her eyes at us multiple times and seemed like she didn’t even want to be there didn’t seem to have patience with us when there were no customers behind us when we’re trying to decide what we wanted. And came off as our three sandwich were an issue when my kid wanted her sandwich to be made a certain way, that we normally get done there. (It’s a pizza sub that’s made like a pizza) it felt like we’re asking for the moon instead of the sauce being under the meat. I also hate those metal things I can’t see the meats, I can’t see the cheeses and that’s what helps make the decision half the time. The Mira made my kid feel like her sandwich was gonna be the greatest sandwich she’s ever made. I’ve gone in this subway a lot over the years and have not been made to feel like I was nuisance by one employee and a valued customer by another

Hope was very kind n greeted my Bro n I as we walked in, Hope n Savanna were very quiet but very Personable n show great customer service.
My Bro n I Chicken BBQ Subs were amazing.
As we left they wished us a great day just how Awesome Customer service should, these girls were top notch.

This location has always been extremely bad. Night and day difference from the one on airport and main, which is probably the best in town. This location is terrible, brown lettuce, soggy cucumbers etc. But the staff, are atrocious woman. They have bad attitudes, bad hygiene, bad work effort. It’s close to my house. But holy smokes, fir years it’s been Terrible no more.

The lady we had making our sandwiches was friendly and competent. The presentation of our sandwiches were spot on. Provided service above and beyond. She figured out we were going hiking and wrapped our footlong sandwiches in halves. Excellent experience!
