Worst place ever, they don’t know how to read the receipts when people order on DoorDash. I was first missing my chips, and then I open my sandwich and it was the wrong bread I asked for and not toasted and missing my bell peppers and mayo I had to add ranch to it, to make it not so dry. really uncomfortable with my two recent visits. The first time I ordered one of the sandwiches from the menu was made very wrong. They only made it with the stuff I asked to add as an extra apart from the one I told them I wanted to order. Well it happened again, I called to let them know my order was made incorrect and asked nicely if they could remake it since that was my dinner for the day…got home, I only had a few bites and I got very very sick with food poisoning…beware getting food from here!! Pic of the sandwich they made me wait an entire 25 minutes in drive through for, just to drive home another 10 mins then notice and still drive back just to get food poisoning

So I arrived the the lady with red hair and glasses was just super unprofessional, as well as the girl that has colors on her hair. Totally got the order wrong I mean is the worst service I’ve ever gotten and then i call the guy place to give them feedback so they can do a better job and when i talk to the owner shes more worried about the receipt than the real issue that shes got going on and just as rude and unprofessional as the other 2 employees a total circus!!!

Place is a absolute joke, stood in line for 20mins with only 3 people ahead of me. They have 5 teenagers working at time with no sense of leadership or time management. They would rather stand around and complain about orders coming in through door dash then taking orders of people standing in the store. This subway used to be really good and efficient about a year ago.

Just got 2 protein bowls from this location. The meat was soggy and tough. I couldn’t even finish through it. The one in Walmart is way better. The girls that work there are a lot more nice and hard workers. Always clean. And they’ve never got my order wrong.

Firstly, this subway closes earlier than posted almost every night. Secondly, they were out of several things “for the night” two plus hours before closing and this includes little things like cucumbers and other things that are easily replenished. (I understand things like bread or certain meat isn’t an easy fix). Third, they seemed very inconvenienced by us and rushed us through ordering our food to the point I was actually stressed just ordering a sandwich. I don’t review things unless I’ve had 2 or more negative experiences because things happen, but, this was terrible enough I felt compelled to share. Do yourself a favor and go to the other one.
