I ordered a pepperoni pizza online and added a note requesting the pepperoni be under the cheese and the pizza be well done. The pizza I received did not match either request.

I called the store and spoke with a man who would only identify himself as “the manager.” He first described an order that wasn’t mine, then insisted he remembered my pizza specifically and that it was made correctly. He repeatedly talked over me and would not let me explain the issue. When I asked for a chance to speak, he responded, “I’m talkin’ first. How you gonna say I need to give you a chance to speak when I’m still tellin’ my side?”

He refused to give his name and said the only resolution was for me to call back in the morning to speak with the GM and request a credit.

I drove to the store instead and spoke with a woman who identified herself as a manager on duty. After hearing the situation, she immediately offered to remake the pizza correctly, which was ready in about 20 minutes.

Only after receiving my corrected order did I learn that the earlier manager’s name was Jay.

The issue with the pizza was minor. The way the phone call was handled was not.

I haven’t had this item in years but because they have the $2 special I decided to purchase a few of these personal pan pizzas.
I was quite disappointed that none of the pieces actually look like personal pan pizzas some head toppings on them and most did not very little bits of sauce in different spots on each pizza .
I get that you had a lot going on at the restaurant however it’s very unprofessional not to prepare the item that people are purchasing with all the ingredients that are supposed to be included on the item. I should not have been wondering if pizza sauce was going to be on each Pizza or even each slice. Whoever slice the pizza did not even slice it correctly ;not sure if they were under pressure or just didn’t know how to do the job. Whoever prepared to cross was taking shortcuts because each pizza had a full slice that didn’t receive crust. And as far as receiving the one item on each Pizza it only really works if you receive the item that is big or circular anything small will not be even visible or at it to the cheese pizza.
I ordered 4 personal pan pizzas. Each was crazy shaped ,crazy cut, hardly any pizza sauce, and I believe they forgot the bacon on one of the pizzas.
They could also use two cashiers. One who is doing the online and the other who is doing the walk-in orders.

We tried to order through Doordash at 7:46 p.m. Our order was an hour late at 9:18 p.m. I tried calling in to this location to figure out what was going on, but they kept sending me to the Pizza Hut call center, which kept sending me back to the location. Infinite loop of BS. I even got hung up on at one point. We never got our order. Fortunately, Doordash fully refunded us. Don’t order from here.

They outsource their delivery through DoorDash. Not an issue. But food was stolen. Pizza Hut says refund comes from DoorDash. Doordash couldnt find my order because the order went purely through pizza hut’s website. Doordash offers to call the restaurant for a reorder. Restaurant doesnt answer after SEVEN (the poor doordash rep counted) different times that they called. Wife calls to inquire about refund or status, with an extremely CALM and COLLECTED voice (compared to me) and they HUNG UP on her. TWICE?!?! Like, imagine being hung up on for not receiving something you paid for? How old are we?

i have been coming here for years and never had any issue with the Thin ‘n Crispy pizzas I have ordered.
Tonight was an exception. This was the worst pizza I have ever had. Take a look at the picture. What the hell happened? I got two pieces of pepperoni on every slice. whether I needed it or not. It looks bad and tastes bad.
I won’t visit this store again.

I wish I could leave no stars. I got a $2 personal pizza. This thing was ridiculously small. I would never get this if it wasn’t on the deal! Secondly, my total was 2.80 something. I got one personal pizza and a sauce cup. So why was I charged 10.80 something then?? I called and tried to tell the manager I think someone wrote down an $8 tip. He told ME I must have clicked something online and I need to contact customer service for online orders. Well the day before my total that was charged on my card was only the 2.80 something so how would the price increase the next day unless someone tipped themselves?! There is literally a spot on the receipt to write a tip on my copy so wouldn’t theirs have the same thing?! I realized i never signed a restaurant copy so someone could easily help themselves to a tip and forge my signature. He says they cant adjust anything on online orders but that makes absolutely no sense. My paper copy and my email copy say the exact same total. He was also rude acting like it had to be my fault. The automated system says to fill out a form and you’ll get contacted within 3 days so we will see I guess. Sure it’s $8 but he wouldn’t even check receipts to verify for me, he just kept telling me I’m wrong. That is not professional, that is not how you treat people, and it’s just plain mean. Get a new manager. This one doesn’t have the capability to do his job correctly.

Horrible, was delivered the wrong order with the wrong address, the driver sat my delivery on the ground in the rain, called the store to see how we could get a refund, the manager was rude and said we needed to call in the morning to get a store credit from the GM, now we’re sitting here with two random pizzas that none of us eat! Horrible, horrible service. I understand that stores get busy but he didn’t even try to help, then had the audacity to get smart with me. If there was an option to give negative stars, I would give a negative five!
