We waited on line for 3 icees and waited for over a half hour. There were 2 orders in front of us. The 2 workers were struggling to keep.up with the people, however they did a great job by keeping customer service up.
Management needs to do a better job. The workers were struggling to meet demand and keep supplies stalked.
Kudos to the 2 workers who were working like champs. SUBWAY deserves no stars at this location but the workers definitely deserve a raise working in those conditions!

I disliked eating here when I got the lettuce and black olives they tasted funny and nasty the service was terrible because the one gentleman kept running in the back to change the song every 5 seconds and just left me alone the slicer that sliced meat is not cleaned and ugly

I watched them put sandwiches together and then stepped away for a few. When I came back I checked sandwiches and one footlong was missing bacon. They literally had me tare apart my subs and then put their hands on them and handed them back and said they were fine. Just wanted to argue they were right. Even through I had showed them they messed up.

I stopped in last night at 9:18 24 and got a foot-long sub. The two gentlemen behind the counter. We’re just talking about how sore they were from playing volleyball took them a while to get my sandwich made and I work as a truck driver so I got sandwich for lunch for the next day and as I was trying to eat it, I found a hair in it actually three hair it was in my mouth so about maybe sick to my stomach and I just threw it away called the store and the lady informed me that they didn’t have anybody with lighter color hair working there so she said there was nothing she could do so there was poor service for food for attitudewill not be going to this place again

The place is filthy. Staff is not friendly or polite. Opened my sub and most of the ingredients had fallen out of the sandwich so bread was soggy and soaked in dressing. They put too much lettuce in. Ordered broccoli cheese soup got baked potatoe soup that was so thick scorched and gross. Could tell it had been in there for hours. The place is gross its so dirty.

One of the people from subway had there kids there and they were terrorizing us the were running all over screaming going onto the garbages ducking behind our chairs and running into the employee only where the food is it was terrible we went there at 8pm on 7/14/2025

Had a mobile order, took forever to get to me so I could be on my way. One employee had a terrible attitude with fellow customers and it was apparent he didn’t want to be there. The other employee got mouthy while I was deciding on what to get to drink. Only reason I go to this location is due to convenience. Tell those two in particular employees to work on their customer service skills.

Such a disappointing experience. It began as soon as I walked up to the counter. The sandwich artist was shaking his head as I got close and banging things around. It was very apparent that he didn’t want to be there. I’ve never seen such a terrible attitude. He kept up the obvious frustration, disdain, and general unhappiness throughout my order. The spread of ingredients on my sandwich was pathetic, too. I’ve never felt so unwelcome.

Food is good most of the time, but staff ar this location have bad attitudes. On more than a few occasions, I have placed orders from 1 and a half hours to half an hour before closing, and the crew will have already cleared many of the items from the prep area, then use sarcasm and other rude gestures such as eye rolling head shaking, or just angry tone of voice, toward to customers just for “inconveniencing them”

Food is always good, the staff however could use some reeducation on ettiquete. I can’t say for sure what the gentlemans name is as his badge is always pinned to the top of his hat but he always shakes his head and mumbles annoyances when we get in line. If you truly hate your job that much, leave and do something else, maybe a job that doesn’t seem to inconvenience you at every turn.
I have worked in food service, I understand it gets busy and stressful at times, but as a customer I do not want to seem like a burden because I want a simple bowl of soup.
