I have tried for months to get a meatball marinara from this store. Next time I come in 2 hours to close and I’m told that there’s no more meatballs I’m going to lose it. I have to drive north Everytime, and Everytime, they have meatballs. Quit being lazy.

Day manager works harder at avoiding work than she does working. Everything is put on the other worker. She walks around acting busy. Organizing during a rush is not priority. Very slow when she’s there. Very unorganized. Just going to avoid this location.

I am a regular customer at this Subway location. I am always pleased with the food and customer service. It gets busy, but the staff works hard and management has a great attitude! Tia helped me this evening and she was fantastic!

Overall the staff was great! Making the experience much better. A little small talk, joking with my 8yr old, and being patient as she ordered her own food. We had a decent size order, all made exactly how we ordered. The bread was drier than usual, that’s really the only semi-conplaint!

The customer service is terrible the manager made my sandwiches and they were absolutely horrible we ordered from doordash and our sandwiches had missing meat on one side just bread very poorly made I called the store and spoke with him all he said was I put the correct amount of meat no apology no suggestions of fixing the issue all he did was repeat the same thing even though I told him I wasn’t satisfied so I told him I’m never eating at that Subway and I recommend don’t eat at this location your better off going to Jimmy Johns

I had a highly disappointing experience at this Subway location today. Upon arriving to pick up my order, I greeted the employee, but was ignored. When I provided my name, the employee responded in an abrupt and rude manner, carelessly tossing my churros into the bag and pushing it towards me with no courtesy. He then placed my drink on the counter in a similarly dismissive way.
When I arrived home, I discovered the churros were hard and inedible. Furthermore, my sandwich had an excessive amount of Parmesan cheese, making it unappetizing and difficult to eat.
This is by far the worst experience I have had at this location, and I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the food quality. Based on this, I am reconsidering whether I will return in the future.

I just had a horrible experience to say the least as I walked in there was two employees sitting on the counter, looking at their phones, listening to very inappropriate music. As I walked up to the counter, the music was still playing very loudly, and one of the employees was vaping in the store and left a really bad taste of my mouth because it seemed really unprofessional. I don’t know what the customers that were dying in thought but for me, it was a horrible experience. And this is at subway at S. 3rd St.

Polite and patient service here. I’ve seen some people in my group take a long time ordering and the workers there are always happy to wait on us. Also, they are efficient with their cashier speed, which is always appreciated. The food quality is decent as with any other Subway – prices are good when you have a coupon.
