I placed an order through the mobile app. No where on the app did it say the west acres location wouldnt accept my order. I paid for my order, recieved an email stating it was confirmed and that I was charged on my card. Then I recieved a second email stating it was canceled. I went to the store and found the two employees sitting on their phones. They laughed at me when I asked what happened to my order and said that because I used a reward on my account they canceled my order. I pointed out that they were in fact paid for my order and they agreed but still laughed and said oh well we canceled it. And told me they wouldnt make the order and I can try and order again at another location. Why would I pay a second time. What a joke and beyond rude.

AWFUL. They don’t accept app coupons. Yelled at me when I said I didn’t want the sandwhich anymore since they wouldn’t use my app coupon…even though they scan the subway app when you pay? Told me to never come back to their store if I don’t have enough money to pay for my food. It wasn’t that I didn’t have enough money it’s the principle of paying 12 dollars for a sandwhich when the app says I can get it for 6. They really need signage or something to communicate this better and probably some customer service training as well. YIKES

The WORST store EVER! Did the order online, the order was not difficult at all just extras added on, Of course they did not fix my sandwich correctly. When I called to complain, they did not want to fix the situation or even give me a store credit. Never again will I come to the subway and I will also spread the word so others will not come either. Ridiculous!

Gave me a frozen meatball sandwich and then didn’t want to give me a refund. Try to lie and say I paid with card when I paid with cash. They don’t cook the food properly here, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

8 years ago I had stopped eating here because the food had always made me sick. I know staff changes can make a place better, so I gave it another chance. The past 2 years have been great!! The new staff is almost always so friendly. They keep the food restocked with fresh veggies and the workstation is clean. And when it’s busy they have a good system to keep things moving. Thanks for making this one of my favorite lunch stops!

Paid almost $40 for the most unsatisfying salad. Waaaaaay to many onions. Didn’t mix anything together or cut up the cheese. I had 4 halves of cheese on this salad. Husband got a sub that was most greens than meat and cheese. He said it was also unsatisfying. Service was incredibly slow and they barely talked to us while in line. Didn’t ask what we wanted on anything.

Ordered a sandwich at this location several months ago. There was this particular worker that was really impatient and dismissive. I went to get a sandwich at the same location yesterday and the saw worker was there with the same impatient and indifferent attitude with an inner rage. I decided to give it a poor review this time. It was a very bad experience having this worker to prepare my food. My mood was totally ruined by his poor attitude.

I’m going to give a five Star just bcoz of that girl JACKY, I had been here for many times but I never satisfied with my sandwich bcoz they made my food very sausy and nasty but this time I went on Saturday and it was too much rush on lunch time but still that pretty girl made customers so fast and very polite way she is the best sandwich artist ever I have seen, I want to shout for her bcoz she rock the floor with her positive and very fastest attitude, I want to say she was doing the whole store rest of the two boys were so slower and imperfect.
