Went through drive thru at this location for the first time and the spinach smelled like garbage. It was so rotten that I could not get the smell out of my car. Needless to say I threw it away. So being the Good Samaritan that I am, called them to tell them that they should change or throw out spinach as I don’t want someone else to get sick and eat it. The guy said it looks fine, smells like pickles, said he never eats spinach. Well if it smells like pickles or is wet looking, then it’s gone bad! Spinach does not have a smell at all! Someone please go there and see if they changed it, cuz the guy didn’t sound like he was gonna do anything about it. Disgusting never eat there again. Also who answers the phone at an establishment by say hello and not the name of the place. Weird

Don’t know why there’s so many 1 star reviews.. got a pepperoni marinara. Done in a minute at most. Employees super friendly. Love this place! Inside is extremely clean!

I have not had a good experience at this location, despite it being close to my home and really wanting it to be great! I’ve gone twice about a year apart. Service is very slow, and despite the app stating my order is ready, I’ve needed to wait between 30-40 minutes for my food each time I’ve been there. It doesn’t seem like the have enough workers and not everyone who is there seems to be working efficiently (e.g., one employee was just standing there looking at customers). Today my spinach was slimy, dark, and disintegrating, and I choose not to eat my sandwich due to worry about bacteria.

I have been to hundreds of subways and this location is always horrible! The workers yell at me they made my sandwhich correctly even when it is sitting in front of them incorrectly! Do not think about ordering online it will be wrong every single time!! Not to mention the young males they have working at this location should NOT be employed! Zero customer service skills

I ordered online and it said they had olives but when I got my subs they didnt have the olives I paid for and it took them 12+ minutes after it said it would be done to even start making my subs. So I went back and asked to speak to a manager about a refund for said olives. No manager was present so they called her and she said there was nothing that she could do but the owner was coming in the morning. So I gave them my name and number and they said I would get a call from them in the morning. It is now 7:32pm I have not gotten a call and have tried calling them twice and was hung up on both times. At this point I’m not even upset about the olives I’m upset about the horrendous service from these people.

Service: Jojo and Franklin did a great job! Jojo has great customer skills! He was patient, kind, and very concentrated on his work! Franklin also did a great job! He was also very patient since Grandma and mom chose to order every single topping and dressing on their sandwiches! I appreciate how sociable and polite they were!
Definitely will come to this location again!

Terrible customer service. Order the chicken bacon ranch sub and didn’t receive that. I specifically asked for NO tomatoes and NO onions and they put both. I don’t even know what shitty sandwich they gave me.

I recently went to this location for the first time, and I’m still recovering from the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever experienced. My family and I ate similar things throughout the day, so I’m confident based on that and other similar reviews that my sandwich was the source. My sandwich had some different toppings than my family, so at the point of writing this, they have been okay. The sandwich tasted off, and I should have stopped at that point.
While we were eating our food, staff were cursing at a volume that could be heard by my small children. I’m not naive enough to think my kids won’t hear it in public, but at least be a little discreet about it.
I’ll never go back to this location, and I may never visit a Subway again after this experience.

Why can this subway never get 1 single order right?! Everything from wrong ingredients, to missing items altogether. Your phone system sucks also, can’t even understand the person on the other end. I’d order from a different location but the app won’t let me.
