Waits at drive through are long and they have yet to toast a single sub I’ve ordered at the drive through. Must be their lazy way to catch up on subs. Most subways in town are becoming as bad as taco bell.

Thought I’d stop quick on my lunch hour, but the line took forever and when I got up to the window no one ever came to take my payment or give me my food. I sat there for nearly 20 minutes and could see employees walking around but was completely ignored. Very very poor customer service.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I am pretty upset with the subs I received tonight 9/2/22. I ordered two subs. It took forever, but that’s fine. When I got home the subs weren’t toasted, half of one subs ingredients were on the other sub that wasn’t supposed to have those ingredients. Also, the ingredients that were on the subs were almost too sketchy looking to even eat. The toppings on the subs were very minimal as well. Prices are going up and my subs were skimpy. Upon paying, I tipped because I appreciate people making food for me. Not sure how I feel about tipping before I get my food though so I think I’m done doing that.

Ordered a steak, egg and cheese footlong and paid extra to add bacon. Got just bacon and they forgot my drink too. The order was placed through the Subway app for delivery, so please do not try to blame a delivery service. Apparently they can’t be bothered to read their own receipts since the receipt attached to the bag was correct to what I wanted/ordered. Tried calling the number on the receipt and it just rings. No one picks up.

I don’t normally leave reviews. We ordered our order on the app and waited around 10 minutes before going to pick it up (hopefully giving them enough time to make our order). We pull up to the drive through and wait around 10 minutes before we pull up to the window as another car was being helped. It was another 30 minutes before we were given our food. I understand if it was busy but it shouldn’t take around 45 minutes to make 3 subs.
