Ordered two beach clubs online for carry out. Got home, neither had turkey on them. Called and they said they would re-make them, so I drove back up and picked them up. They still didn’t have turkey. I guess I should have checked in my car. I just couldn’t fathom how they could leave the main ingredient/protein off the sandwiches twice in a row. There are about four teenagers standing around in there at any given time. How they can’t figure out how to make a sandwich correctly truly baffles me.

Overall rating of 2 stars is for food quality, which is good. The remaining missing stars is for the service and management of this location. This location does not live up to the “subs so fast you’ll freak” motto. My order before today, I ordered ahead via app at 7PM on a Saturday only to arrive at 7:15 to hear they were out of French bread and it would be 20 more minutes before more was ready. I accepted a change to my order to avoid waiting. Today, I ordered at 12:35 on a Sunday via app. Arrived at 12:50 to retrieve my order, which was not ready and had yet to be made. Waited with a few others for about 10 minutes when my prepaid order in a stapled bag was handed to me. Returned home to find the wrong sandwich in my bag! Aggravating! The young men working seemed confused by the 4-5 orders they were processing at the time, but I saw my sandwich on the counter and trusted it was the one bagged up. Two errors in a row seems like a trend.

Ordered through the app great experience overall. Very good food. When we walked in we were greated with a very friendly staff it felt like a neighborhood diner. Very customer focused. Will be back for sure.

Every single time I go here there’s issues. It takes forever & when I get home I realize something from my 2 or 3 sandwich order is missing like the chips, cookie, SANDWICH. Seriously every single time! & It usually takes 20-30 mins to get a sandwich. I order from the app, go in 15 mins later expecting my SANDWICH to be ready & it never is! Usually they don’t start til I walk in & it’s so painfully slow watching them make the sandwich! Not like other JJ’s. I love the food but just don’t have the time for it. I get it, this day and age it’s hard to find workers. However, myself and others that are in my inner circle have ordered from here, waited 30+ minutes for our food…, to only be called and explained that they have no drivers. You’d think that as soon as a delivery order comes through you’d call, but I suppose not?

A worker added to when he said my Giant #1 sandwich was ready by saying “big a** sandwich”. All but one of the members of the staff laughed at the comment. I will not be going back to that location. I am typically not a sensitive person but I felt this should be addressed.

I saw a young woman leaving in tears the other day after I witnessed someone who claimed to be the manager kick her out after she tried to talk about an experience she had. I’ve also had issues here before with poor service – this solidified that I won’t be back.

You could tell they were having a great time in the back. They were also quickly moving everything forward. And even when they felt like even though they were going fast they apologized for it getting to me slow and it absolutely was not slow at all. They also were joking and having fun with us which made us feel comfortable and that we were having a good time and it just made everything better for the meal we were having and helped us set a really good tone.
