They used to get orders correct, and lately they do not. 3x now ask for toasted and didn’t get toasted. Twice paid for Xtra meat and didn’t get it. Asked for Xtra onions and got this.

The restaurant has consistently messed up my order.
I have to specify in the online instructions to cook my pizza.
I have to wait twenty minutes after the order was supposed to be picked up to get my food and have to remind them to make my food despite the 1:05 order pick-up being placed at 12:00.
They have consistently been rude to my colleagues.
As a result, I will be taking my business to Maverick from here on out.

This is a great subway. 3 people very friendly doing their best to serve everyone quickly. Very busy. Place is clean. Not much else open in Hot Springs on Sunday. We stopped in another restaurant first but filled, no tables available and most people didn’t have food yet, so came here. Great choice in Hot Springs. Had the Boss, quite good.

My husband and I ordered online and it totally took my money but didn’t send my order. After a few calls to check if they received my order the manager very patiently showed me how my money would be returned at the end of the day and helped me still get my food now for an even better price. I am so happy. A huge problem occured and she handled it like a BOSS. Love this Subway!

We stopped here during a day of adventures. First Gentleman to help us was wonderful. A lady came out of the bathroom mid service with a bloody nose. Couldn’t eat our sandwiches due to finding blood on them after leaving the area.

This place had amazing employees! We have dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating. They changed their gloves and even had the manual ready for us to read if a specific sauce had eggs in it. They very very friendly as well. Would give it a 6 if I could!

I like this restaurant very much. Usually the service is 100%. However today I went in to find two young ladies working one telling me that she put in her notice to quit. The two young ladies were chatting while we were waiting for a sandwich to be made not even asking me the customer what they want on the sandwich making me wait for them to continue the conversation. At the end one of young ladies had to ask other one young lady to help her. I know it’s hard with young teenagers starting to work however it looks like they need some supervision.
