A bunch of high school kid that are on camera. That’s the feel, they do an okay job food and cleanliness wise. Ive noticed when a peer shows up they have some liveliness. One of the few places where the staff has never smiled towards me though. Its not offensive, the kids are there for a check, and that’s cool. It just stops me from being a regular. Sometimes I’d rather eat at home.

Placed an online order and showed up 5 minutes after the ‘done’ time on the app and for the 3rd time (leaving a tip everytime) my stuff wasn’t done when I got there. Then the manager Colt started mumbling about my attitude while serving other customers. The manager 100% should not be in the position that they are in if they handle upset customers by avoiding them and mumble about my upset attitude to their co-workers while serving others. I understand people get busy, but I placed my order 25 minutes before I showed up. I have never asked for a refund and HAVE ALWAYS LEFT A TIP. BE BETTER. (I was there at 1:35pm on Saturday November 4th, 2023)

this one girl who is working right now friday, dec 16th, she’s older but she is very disrespectful! my mom said she didn’t want one of the breads and it got all mixed up and SHE TREW IT AND FREAKED OUT!! very disrespectful with the things she said while there were little kids in there as well! deserves to be fired!

This Subway must be having financial issues. If they don’t yet, they will! Ordered a sandwich and asked for onions. The gal gave me 4 pieces. When I asked for more, she said she couldn’t or she would get in trouble for giving out too much. Then I asked for sauce and she said the same thing! I almost told her to keep the sandwich since it wasn’t made the way I liked anyway, but I ate it. On the plus side, the restaurant was the cleanest Subway ever – I honestly think it’s because no one eats there!!

Awful! I haven’t been to this subway in years, and I was expecting great service like I always received in the past. The girl up front couldn’t be bothered to greet me at all and decided to yell at some boys in the back, saying “Tyler get up here”. While she is still ignoring me and i’m waiting for this Tyler to help with ordering, she is coughing into her hands and then touching the bread she is about to put onto the racks to bake. At that point I was seriously considering walking out. She still hasn’t said a single word to me and just walks away, which is when Tyler walks up. He did a fairly decent job, made conversation. However while he was making my sandwich, one of the other guests there was looking at the ice-cream and cookies. Im sure this boy was a friend of the staffs, but the previous girl still felt it was ok to yell at this boy saying she wasn’t going to give him any more cookies or ice-cream and if he wanted any he would have to wait for Tyler, whom was still helping me check out. While I realize its subway and not a sit down restaurant, I still feel like that girl has no business working in any sort of customer service job. Very disappointed in staffing choices.

Went into this subway and i got a total of 3 subs the first sub was a foot-long tuna, the only things i get on my subs is tuna, pickles, and mayo. When i told him pickles he put 3 individual slices of pickles on the whole sub! When i asked for more he said that he “has to follow procedure” and proceeded to put just 2 more slices of pickles on. I ask fore more pickles seeing as that one of two things that i get on my sub, and it is making up for the difference that some people get every veggie on the table, but when i just get 3 slices of pickles and ask for more its a big deal?! i feel like you cant make it your way and that it is a waste of money to pay $10, for bread, tuna, 5 slices of pickles, and a little mayo, I do not need to spend my time and money to go to a subway i thought was the best one anymore. I would rather go into Sioux Falls to get a sub made MY way instead of going here.

All young girls working when I went, it was okay service knowing there alone but definitely need some more training for all of them. My subs were wrapped recklessly and to my disappointment ended up out of it by the time i got down to eating it.

Friendly service. Great vegie delight sub withe everything except hot peppers and honey mustard dressing. I always order a footlong and keep for my lunch at work the next day. Take the dressing for the second one as a to go.
