I have to give some excellent credit to our drive through manager who took on the responsibility of the lateness of our order. I am so impressed by her. She gave us fresh food and a discount for her and her team lateness of our order. Now that is how food should be served! The whole world should take notes by this leadership and her team. Bravo! I door dash all kinds of places. Yesterday, I got lost and was hungry. This particular Arby’s in Corvallis was not only super kind but they were super helpful. They took care of all my needs and never have I had such excellent service. The food was delicious and the staff was knowledgeable and very attentive. Im definitely going back. Good job guys!
