Only one out of three workers were doing any work. Waited 10 minutes in line plus five others behind us. Another worker finally started helping and didn’t know how to make a sub at all. Was rude about what we were putting on a sandwich and couldn’t keep up at all. Cashier was snobby as well. We tipped the only hardworking one there

Ordered a foot long chicken teriyaki sub and was only enough meat for half of it…the person who helped barely put any of the sauces I asked for on it and didn’t wrap it correctly…went to take my sub out of the bag and it came out of the wrapper and went all over the place…definitely not very satisfying experience

Horrible service along with the food and overall filth of the restaurant. Oh, nice picture of the person in the middle flipping the small amount of viewers the bird though. Ownership should just consider giving the place away seeing as they obviously just don’t care about any aspect of the business at all.

Food was great. I have a feeling that most of these bad reviews of this place are overinflated, maybe they walked in at like 8:45 or something, or came in with a lot of other people, ordered a lot of sandwiches, or complaining for no reason. They will lock the doors exactly at 9:00, so if you’re going to be later than that, don’t even bother. I eat there a lot, and every time I get a pretty good sandwich. Employees are nice and friendly, and will usually try to help you however they can, whether that’s with mayo packets, a small cup of olives or jalapenos on the side, or extra napkins. Dan is really nice and usually talkative during slow times, probably one of my favorite employees. There’s also a short man (who doesn’t wear a name tag, but I think his name is Levi?) Who is really fast at making sandwiches. I basically will only come during the afternoon because that’s when night shift comes in. Sometimes a lot of people will come in at the same time, and they won’t be able to cater to everyone’s needs. Be aware that if there’s a line, you won’t end up with the best sandwich or service. Overall, 5/5 stars, just know that it’s best to come in when they aren’t busy.
