Shocking that this store can have so many poor reviews and no changes.
The service at this store is extremely inconsistent, the sandwiches are sad, and apparently they charge for each individual slice of pepper, olive, and pickle.
There are extremely limited food options in Mahnomen, it would be nice if this subway didn’t totally suck! I rather drive 30+ minutes to the next town to avoid this subway. Get it together.

Will not be coming to the mahnomen subway when the Tasha lady is working we will be turning right back around and leaving!!!… Every time we have her she is very grumpy and stingy on the meat and veggies and looks mad at you every time you ask for a little bit more of onion or pickle! Sorry I like more than 2 pieces of onion on my sandwich!

10/5/24 I was trying to use the app to use a bogo coupon for my order today and I discovered that you cannot make any purchases of any sandwich what so ever on the menu. Every sandwich i clicked on to add to my cart said “uh-oh this is currently unavailable at this location”
I don’t believe this location utilized the app at all. How do I go about using my coupon that can only be redeemed online when the location does not provide the opportunity to do so. They should not advertise curbside or using the app when they do not do online orders period

they make good sandwiches very clean no issues there. but when you ask for extra olives cuz there is 5 pieces they lady was hesitant and then put 4 more pieces on said she was charging extra no subway I’ve been too charges extra for that especially when your not using any other veggie on the sandwich so a bit ridiculous if you ask me

They get it right occasionally. If you order online make sure you have the right sandwich. They switch ingredients for others or leave them out entirely without telling you. I also saw the owner walk in while I was there, but when I called them about my incorrect order nobody answered the phone. He leads by example apparently.

The sandwich was good but would have been better if their oil and vinegar dispensers worked cuz without that the sandwich was a bit dry. There was also a new lady working by herself, she was friendly but didn’t know how to do the subway points so we missed out on getting those.
