This place dont deserve any stars,, to other truckers dont waste your time to stop, the meat is sliced so thin you can see light through it, so i went to order th 5 meat italian, hadit toasted, said put pepcorn ranch on it, had to ask twice, one stripe wont work, no lettuce, i asked for black olives, the person puts like 6 olive slices on a foot long,i asked for more olives, now theres 6 more added, i was like look i want to taste the olives, that was when the employee told me her supervisor said to cutback on black olives and pickles, that was all she could put on my sub, really 12 olive slices on a foot long, at this point i told the employee they keep thier sub, i hope this subway closes this is ridiclous, when they get dang near 20 bucks for a upside down sub. So dont waste your time stopping at this one.

Went there yesterday around 11. There was only one lady working, she was doing her absolute best. She was very friendly and took pride in her work. You could tell she was a bit flustered trying to get everything completed even though her coworker didn’t show up. Food, atmosphere and prices here are very good. It did take awhile but understandable due to staffing. Pam was great and deserves a raise.

Horrible employee. I was there about 12:30 ish on Valentines day. Female employee was either drunk, on drugs or slow. She was dancing around acting very strange. Ordered a sub and she got the meat on it and then continued to stir the hot foods ignoring me. The other employee a male went into the back so I walked out. I have no clue what was wrong with her. She should not be employed if she’s not going to help a customer.

My boyfriend ordered a sandwich via drive thru, chicken bacon ranch sandwich with pickles. I don’t understand the point of picking everything you want on a sandwich if the employees are just gonna load it up with everything they want anyways. Instead on his sandwich they decided to put rotisserie chicken tiny amount of it, tomatoes, and lettuce. Didn’t realize till we got back home 15 mins out of town.

The place is usually clean, the workers are always nice, Ryan was the best worker but they got rid of him due to circumstances , but otherwise the food is usually in other food dishes, lettuce in the spinach or tomatoes, sauce on the white cutting board things they slide the sandwhiches on, cheese in other cheese containers that they now hide from the public.

This has got to be the worst subway I have ever been to. Not only do they not train their employees, but they encourage them to steal from customers, and management chooses to look the other way when you say something. They don’t care when you let them know the mobile app or the drive through isn’t working right.
If it’s busy good luck trying to get any customer service, they will ignore you. They don’t like giving out receipts so you can’t ask for a refund when they don’t give you half your food, and good luck finding a phone number that they will answer to, they threw my number in the trash when I went in to have the manager call me.

This has got to be the worst subway on planet Earth. They continue to let me down time and time again. Prime time dinner rush, they had one poor lady working. ONE. There was a line of customers around the restaurant. What kind of manager doesn’t step in and help out when short staffed!? You left her alone to do online orders and in person orders all by herself during RUSH HOUR. Absolute travesty of an establishment. The times I’ve gotten my subs, they’ve been an absolute messy wreck. This location suffers from lack of management and it’s sad! Corporate needs to shut down this building down or seek other management. I’ll never be back, you’ve lost my business!

Horrible management!!!!! Employees not trained properly! Tried to order online but website was down for bogo offer was told no way to get it without online order but poster in windows said online or in-store! WE ordered sandwiches and Employee had no clue how to make them then called to talk to manager she was rude and uninterested to what I had to say and raised her voice and hung up on me! Will never be back to that location !!!

Stopped in after a baseball game, close to closing time. Customer service was top notch- let us stay and eat even though they were closed after we ordered. They 2 young people working were welcoming, friendly and polite. Store was very clean.

service was good. the parking was not very crowded. The interior looked great and was very clean. the food was fresh and delicious. we had two meals and we both really enjoyed eating inside and enjoying our meal and the ambience of this dining area.
