This store has messed up my order, again! I had to prove to the store, in person, that they messed up even though I am sick, just so I could feed my children or wait until the next time management was in store, policy I guess.
When I arrived instead of remaking the sandwich they handed me a cookie bag of cheese so I could fix their mistake with a note that said “Hope this makes up for it 》 Extra cheese in bag.”.

1st time we went we were told we couldn’t use the promo sent to us in the app because the stoee didn’t participate in the promo , the two ladies there were so nice and helpful that we were okay paying full price even though they advertised there bogo in our app. We then tried to order again after they sent us a whole flyer of coupons in the mail only to put in our entire order (not the end of the world but there’s a lot of us) and be told at checkout this store doesn’t participate in this promo. Conplete letdown, if you don’t want to participate, make sure they aren’t sending coupons to us the mail ….

Placed an order and realized it was at the wrong store so I called immediately to cancel the order. The lady told me she could not cancel it And she would not refund me my money. She was very rude and she hung up on me not once not twice but three times when I called back to ask what her name was and would not give me her name so now I’m taking it up with corporate.

Stopped in for dinner in our way back home from a long weekend and couldn’t have had a better visit. Super friendly staff at the counter, fully stocked shelves, tasty sandwiches and yummy cookies. While we were there I saw the other staff sweep the dining room as well as wipe down all benches and tables. Nice to see a fast food restaurant take the time to make sure everything was as it should be. ( To MGMT our visit was 10/1 at 8pm bravo to your staff)

Got a Philly cheese steak, ordered it without peppers and onions but with mayo, guess what, it had peppers and onions but no mayo! It’s not rocket science folks! Then I drive the hour home eat about half of the one half after picking off the peppers and onions and I got sick as heck within minutes! Thanks a lot I’m disabled with digestive issues and you caused my whole day to suck! Never again!
