I walked in at the tail end of a rush. The two employees were in bright spirits. They were having casual conversations with each customer. Employees were helpful with a customer who was confused about a menu item. The store was clean. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Food was good.

Worst Subway ever. The guy working there on Friday 1/30 in the evening had no customer service skills. He hates his job and doesn’t hide it. He didn’t even acknowledge us when we arrived. Terrible

6/12/24: This place is very inconsistent with how they make sub sandwiches. I placed an order on the app. I ordered three footlong subs; 2 supreme meats and a deluxe Outlaw. I usually make it to the store before they start building my order for peace of mind. When I arrived, one of the supreme meats was just wrapped up and they were about to make my deluxe Outlaw sandwich as a regular. They were also going to toast the outlaw sandwich, even though I put in specific instructions asking for the steak and cheese only to be heated. I had to state twice that it was a deluxe and I’m certain they didn’t use the correct amount of cheese slices. Lastly, they made my other supreme meats. Since there’s the metal covering over the meats now, I couldn’t see how much of which meats they were putting on the sandwich. Lo and behold, when I got home to consume my sandwich I discovered that they indeed messed up both supreme meats subs. They did not use the correct amount of meat slices or cheese slices.
They used 4 or 5 slices of each meat and only 6 slices of cheese. Very disappointing visit.
Correct amounts are as follows according to an honest subway sandwich artist;
6 inch sub: 3 slices of each type of meat and 2 slices of cheese.
Footlong: 6 slices of each type of meat and 4 slices of cheese.
Deluxe Footlong: 9 slices of each type of meat and 8 (2x) slices of cheese.

#364D188F-F4 This is the worst wrap steak I’ve ever had. I ordered through the mobile app and regretted tipping in the app. The steak was cold, like they didn’t even try to heat it up. It was poorly packaged and fell apart in my hands. It was prepared by a young guy, and even though I was waiting for my order in the restaurant, he didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted it heated. I do not recommend ordering from here.

When we arrived at the location after ordering through the app, it looked closed. They had all the lights off 30 minutes before closing. They had also turned of their oven already, so the sub I ordered toasted, was not. My wife’s sandwich was missing the bacon that we paid for. My sandwich was missing the toasting, cucumbers and the pickles. I attached a picture of my sub that I had ordered with all lots of veggies, definitely including pickles, cucumbers and to be toasted. The cookies were WAY over cooked and were crunchy, not soft and chewy. They also tasted like they were from at least a day ago, we had 1 raspberry cream cheese and a chocolate chip, both were nasty. If you want a sub, go literally anywhere else. There is a gas station near this Subway, you can probably get fresher food and better service from them.
To top it off, the staff treated us, the literal only customers in their store, like a burden. We tipped well on the app, so they treated us like this, even when they knew we tippers. I have never been an advocate of firing people, retraining is normally what I am for, but in this case, cut your losses because it is costing you hundreds of dollars in lost business and they clearly do not want to be there. I get it, they are paid slave wages, and it is not nearly enough for what they do, but you NEVER take it out on the customers, you complain to corporate or you quit.

Tried 3 times contacting this place about getting a sandwich that I never even received from an online order and finally got a response a week later. I responded, and still haven’t gotten a response. All I wanted was my money back for an online order I never received but I guess they’d rather just steal my money.

I went to subway a couple days ago and poor girl who looked to be under 18 was working alone. It was 7:00 by herself with line of people and online orders. she was very fast worker trying to get as much done.I gave an 10$ tip and didn’t order anything and left. After I left 4 other people did the same.
The next day same girl she was working alone again not as many people but still a wait for food. What I don’t understand is why management wouldn’t schedule more people for dinner rush. 10/10 worker 0/10 management. She rocked and I’ve never seen anyone work as fast and efficiently.

Please don’t fire or speak down to your black male worker. That black guy customer with the green bandana said something to trigger him. I sat in subways for 30 minutes and the man gave exceptional service. It wasn’t until this man came that his attitude shifted.

Been eating here ever since I got my job down the street (3 years). These folks have been incredible, I’ve seen the staff change a lot over the years I’ve been eating here but this location has been consistently good through it all. The current staff they have are amazing and get orders done properly and efficiently. Due to work I usually have to order online but I have had 0 issues with that, save for the app itself having some bugs but over all not bad. The in house service is great and while I wish the store itself was a but larger and less cramped its more than serviceable. I can speak for wraps since I don’t order those, but ever sandwich I’ve had here has been exactly what I wanted when I wanted it with out issue. Highly recommend this subway!

Worst customer service we have ever had. My husband ordered multiple different sandwiches at 4:17pm on 5/2/25. The guy put all the sandwiches, and the dipper together in the toaster (again they were different ones and should have been on different settings) . My husband made a comment about that’s not how you’re suppose to do it and he mouthed back, practically threw the sandwiches at him when he was about to leave. My husband was not happy with this experience and I am not happy that I received a chicken strip Sandwich that was cold and the cheese was barely melted on anything including the double cheese dipper (which only had alittle shredded cheese and no American cheese which is not double cheese) and he refused to cut it in half and said “we don’t have to do that”.
