Trisha the store manager was very short tempered with customers before it was my families turn. Slamming things in counter. When my son ordered a sandwich, he tried to ask for light lettuce while she pulled it on the sandwich. She then began to argue with my 12 year old son, who was talking quietly to try and not make her any more angry. I intervened and said, he’s a child and it appears you are overwhelmed, but please just take some lettuce off. She then started to argue with me. I smiled and said just take some lettuce off. She then put the lettuce from his sandwich back in the lettuce bin. I asked my son if he wanted mayo, she then snapped at me. It’s anyway on there. I smiled and said great. Since we were last in line, she started slamming the sneeze guards closed. I get there was a long line ahead of us, but not a single customer was rude, and we were more than pleasant towards her.

So my sister and I went in there earlier the sub artist who made my sandwich did a magnificent job he did what we asked for and beyond. We were very pleased by his great customer service. The reason why this review is getting one star is because we get home and we basically start eating our sandwich and it comes to the conclusion that there was hair in our food. My sister literally takes a bite, and she takes it immediately right out of her mouth and she was like eww. So we kindly go back to the subway and we politely tell the store manager she was very passive aggressive. she saw the hair in our food you can clearly see it and she said that it happens all the time and that she can remake it. When she said it happened all the time I was thinking why would I have my sandwich made if it happens all the time why eat more nasty hair. My question to her is if she knows that it happens all the time ? What is she doing to prevent this from happening again? And why is she not doing anything about it if she knows that it’s happening. When I asked her, why is there even hair in our food she said well ask your mom how disrespectful of a manager. What gives this unprofessional subway manager the right to bring someone into an issue that has nothing to do with why our sandwich was so vulgar and contaminated. She has no respect for subway customers.

Every time I have gone into this subway for the past 2 years I leave disappointed. The manager is rude and distasteful. Most employees are nice but do not know how to properly do their job (coming from someone who worked in a subway for 3+ years). Today I placed a remote order, only to find that both sandwiches had the wrong type of bread, the veggies were uneven, I wasn’t given the extra cheese I paid for, and there was SO MUCH SAUCE (despite requesting less on the app) that is was basically inedible. Save your money and just go to the dairy queen down the street.

The manager, a lady named Grace is completely inexcusable as a a worker, let alone as the stores manager. She has consistently had an attitude every time I’ve come in there (I’ve spent probably $100 there). All the other employees (who I might add are either In high school or College) have 30x the amount of maturity. She refused to accept a coupon code, as well as a digital version of the coupon both of which are valid. I wouldn’t want my food handled by her as she frequently smokes. Won’t eat here again

It took 30 minutes for me to get 2 standard footlongs with only 5 people in front of me. Wraps are now just done on the flatbread which is ridiculous. 2 very slow workers during lunch time while 1 was in the back. She kept poking her head out but never came out to help even run register. The veggie line was empty and food everywhere. Lettuce was red and soggy. Absolutely terrible how low Subway has lowered it’s standards the last few years. Management here is terrible. She is rude and known for swearing at customers.

Amazing staff. Manager is very helpful and knows her sandwiches. Works all the time tho. She is in there every time I go in. For as much as she is there sh has an amazing attitude. She jokes with her staff and it is very fun to watch.

I was a customer earlier today. I really enjoyed Akeme service. She deserves 5 stars. Although I was shocked to see the other lady rudely brush up against Ms. Akeme ( I think I read Grace on the name tag ) also got loud with her in front of the customers – then threaten her to send her home.

The staff was amazing and I love that they appreciate their customers, all the employees were upbeat and Kiera and JJ where moving along the line fastly and one of the girls heavenly seemed new and she was moving fast as well, honestly ever since that store have got new management it’s become a better environment for the costumers and employees as far as I can tell, I was in the store about a year ago at the same time and some of the employees were and come to find out the one employee that wasn’t rude is now the new manager and I found that out last night, definitely will be going back
