First time they forgot cheese and gave my bf the wrong kind. We did drive thru of course. We drove back to get our new ones. Drove back home just to realize they forgot cheese 2 times. Asked the manager and she said it was on the receipt. So how do u forget cheese twice

This new Subway location in Willmar is great! Staff are hard working and nice at this location as well. It’s too bad that they don’t accept Subway coupons anymore as of 1/1/23. I included a picture of the coupon notice. High priced without coupon deals. I’m assuming that the coupon notice is in place at all Subway restaurants.

I’m not sure what it is but everytime we go to this subway or order from doordash, they always seem to mess something. Very rare that they get our order right. We ask for mayo on the sandwiches they forget. We ask for a 6 inch they give us a foot (now that one I am not complaining about) drinks they give us the wrong ones. Itseems like ever since they got this new store customer satisfaction just went out the window.

They like to make up their own rules regarding coupons. Rules are clearly printed on the bottom but they choose to exclude certain subs claiming they are new and not on the coupon as an exclusion. Funny how all the series ones came out at the same time and 3 of them are printed on the coupon as an exclusion but not the others. It’s gotten ridiculously expensive to eat there and portions have decreased. The sandwich was dry as the Chipotle sauce was so skimped on and we couldn’t even taste it or tell it was even on there.

Food was as expected, but the girl that took my order had long curly hair that wasnt tied back or pinned or anything. When I received my order from another person, I said thats gross and offered a ponytail for her as she was making a sandwich at that point. She replied flippantly that she had one, touched her hair, and went back to making the sandwich (all while wearing the same pair of gloves).

i came in today around 11 and the blonde woman working rushed us out the door, told me i should know what i want when i come in and used the f-bomb in front of my children. my husband and i will not be coming back because of her. cusses like a sailor. i am deeply disappointed because this location used to be our favorite. now, i am taking my business down to the one by burger king. do better.
