Food was ok..First they only had a little discolored lettuce for one of the 5 sandwiches then ran out of lettuce. It was a bit sad at 12p on a Sunday. The girls that were working felt bad and were nice about it.

I have been to plenty of subway restaurants. Wendy and her crew managed this location like Walley did in the 90’s.

Stopped in a minute before closing, but Gracie and Avah still happily served me. Great charismatic staff, great food, and a beautiful subway!

The young girl and man working on Feb 13th at 6pm need retrained. I got an online order and when I came in I got two soups since they don’t let you get that on the app. They were very nice, but when I got home and opened my food I was very surprised and upset. I have managed THREE subways myself so I know the standards and this was not it. My soups were barely full, not even up to the notch that is the fill line. Both soups could have fit in one bowl. And my sandwiches had almost no toppings. I asked VERY nicely in my online order note for extra pickles and olives and even the meat in my sandwich was barely there. I don’t know if they are struggling with inventory or trying to save money on ingredients but I am a very regular customer and was extremely disappointed and unsatisfied tonight. Please re train your employees and make sure they are following the product build cards that sit in front of their faces.

Why would you have a place open that they are super rude? Where do all your good employees go? I’m not sure why I bother. No one trained. Very mean to me and my kids. Complaining about having to work and help customers. In my day, we worked and didn’t say a word about it. Disrespectful. Will not be returning. No wonder this place is always dead. Never seen anything so awful in my life!

Sropped here at 3pm in the afternoon. An employee was sweeping, and the other one showed up from the back. As he was putting on his gloves, he mumbled something so I thought I could start the order. Told him a #99, footlong Italian. He said just a minute let me get my gloves on. Then asked me again what I wanted. Is it really that hard to remember that little bit? The other employee proceeded to sweep the floor around us, hitting my foor with his broom. Then the one behind the counter asked what kind of cheese I wanted so I told him American. He finished the meat then said, I’m sorry, I forgot, what kind of cheese? At this point the other employee came back to help finish the sandwiches. We paid and walked away.

Nothing says IDC about a customer than ignoring them when they enter your establishment, ignoring what they say, not immediately helping them, or keeping your store clean. Several tables and the pop area were disgusting.
