Used to stop in pretty regularly for a breakfast sandwich when I lived here. Service was always fast and friendly and greeted you with a smiling face. The sandwiches were always well made with the right ratios of ingredients, without soaking the whole thing in sauce that you sometimes get at other locations. I’ve never had anything but a good experience eating here.

This is an excellent Subway shop. My wrap was the best I have ever had at Subway and my husband also enjoyed his Sub. I complemented the two young men working behind the counter on their very good customer service. They both exhibited a desire to provide excellent service and prepare and serve delicious food. They even expressed that we should come back again and as a result if this visit, this place is recommended ti others as well.

I moved to Jackson and was so happy to have a subway near us!! We ordered the first time and my boyfriends sandwich had none of the veggies we wanted on it! This time we ordered there was a big peace of bread missing out of my sandwich! We won’t be ordering from this subway anymore!

Excellent restaurant with the full menu! The location is nice, easy to find, and includes bathrooms. The staff are friendly and fast service. The parking is good too. Definitely recommend this Subway for a healthy and quick bite!

So first off being have worked in a subway I know the rules. You’d get threatened for firing for things like not greeting the customer and having a bad attitude! Well I came in today after making an online order. I walked in and it wasnt busy at all I didnt receive the slightest greeting I walked up and before I could say anything the manager brian had the biggest attitude toward me for no reason and just said here your order in a very rude tone. I also was not given a receipt or told anything on my way out. This place is so u professional I dont even want to speak about my actual sandwich I ordered. I ordered a foot long steak club deluxe with extra chipotle sauce and it was like they just threw it in a bowl or something then slipped in on between some bread. Definitely was not made correctly at all and I barely got any sauce which you need for their dry ass food. I’m so disappointed. I love eating at any other subway in the world beside this one. Has to be the worst management/customer service I’ve ever came across in my life.
