I ordered onions on a Friday night. I walked in 10 minutes earlier than the online order said it would be ready they had 8 people in line and they STILL already had my order ready to go and correct. Nice job, guys!!

We went there for take out lunch today. I am so pleased with the staff, Andrew and Macy. They had a long line of customers and they were so professional with my large order. Great employees. Such a pleasure to see young people doing amazing. In addition the sandwiches were amazing. Everything was so fresh. I will definitely be back.

We had the best experience we’ve had in over 2 years. Clean staff!! Wore gloves, washed hands, friendly staff, clean atmosphere, the staff worked so fast and together. The veg. Looked fresh! I will now continue to go back to this subway again and tell my family and friends. I am from zumbrota and know many people. I asked the staffs names ……it was Andrew and Macy…..thank you Subway!

Service here was outstanding. They greeted you, served you quickly & politely. Food was outstanding. We had the beast & a tuna sandwich they were both toasted correctly so the bread wasn’t dried out when you bit into it. Made sure you got everything you wanted on your sandwich. They had a variety of chips we had a meal deal for one which chose ranch Doritos & drink. Not a very big place both worth stopping in & trying it out. There is handicap parking & entrance. They are connected to a Dairy Queen but have separate entry & when you come from bathrooms same thing. Really outstanding my sister is very picky & she couldn’t stop saying how amazing her sandwich was done & tastes. This was in the afternoon on a Saturday that we had such amazing service. These two employees were outstanding & deserve to be told so.

This place has turned around for the better! The new manager at Subway is so dedicated to customer service & cleanliness. He is friendly but firm to his staff & keeps up with any rush! Head here to grab a quick bite or sit down and enjoy. What a great crew 🙂

TERRIBLE service! If you’re craving Subway, travel 6 miles south to Pine Island or 15 minutes north to Cannon Falls. They are just plain AWFUL! If I could give zero stars, I would. Poor service, inaccurate orders, rude behavior, and a “I don’t care” service. Your money is good anywhere….don’t waste it here!

I’m this age of CoVid I hesitate to compline about any front line service workers. That said, my experience at the Zumbrota location was terrible so here I am.
The young man who made my sandwich did not wash his hands before putting gloves on, and I had to be the one to say something even with three other employees watching. When he did wash his hands there were no paper towels in the machine to dry with, which I have to assume had been out for awhile. Is any hand washing happening here? I also witnessed another employee put gloves on without hand washing, so it seems it’s standard practice here.
My sandwich was not made with care as so many other locations do, ingredients were throw together in a very haphazard way.
As a side note the counters and floors seemed dingy and dirty. Doesn’t seem to be any pride in cleanliness by mangers or owners.

They had really good customer service. I walk in there and the lady working gave a girl 2 free foot longs because she mixed up her order. And the other lady in front of me got a free cookie from a long wait in line.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever visited. They have headphones in one ear, they don’t make eye contact or speak to the guests. I finally started ordering and all he said was “cheese?” And pushed the sandwich down the line. Next person doesn’t say “what kind of toppings would you like?” Just stared at me. I told him what toppings I wanted and asked for Parmesan cheese on top. He said “we don’t have that.” My daughter went next and asked for Parmesan and he grabbed it and put it on her sandwich. I would never stop here again. Awful.
