They had really good customer service. I walk in there and the lady working gave a girl 2 free foot longs because she mixed up her order. And the other lady in front of me got a free cookie from a long wait in line.

TERRIBLE service! If you’re craving Subway, travel 6 miles south to Pine Island or 15 minutes north to Cannon Falls. They are just plain AWFUL! If I could give zero stars, I would. Poor service, inaccurate orders, rude behavior, and a “I don’t care” service. Your money is good anywhere….don’t waste it here!

This is the worst subway I’ve ever visited. They have headphones in one ear, they don’t make eye contact or speak to the guests. I finally started ordering and all he said was “cheese?” And pushed the sandwich down the line. Next person doesn’t say “what kind of toppings would you like?” Just stared at me. I told him what toppings I wanted and asked for Parmesan cheese on top. He said “we don’t have that.” My daughter went next and asked for Parmesan and he grabbed it and put it on her sandwich. I would never stop here again. Awful.

Some of the worst service I ever had, took them 10 mins to make me a sandwich while 3 of the employees were just talking while the entire place was a complete mess. When I paid to leave I throwed away the receipt and the garbage can next to the window was completely full with some sort of sauce on the rim of it, never seen such a store poorly managed. The place was a dumb and the service was horrible.

This is nasty this girl was touching and handling all the food went and pushed down the garbage. She continued to touch everyones food and never washed her hands. Personally i though it was disgusting. One they improve on there hygiene I might go back but untill that happens I am gonna take mt busness else where.

Service was awful. Lady was not a friendly person told her what we wanted on our sub she put 3 pickles on my sub a pinch of lettuce and one line of mustard asked for more she ignored my request. You dont get much for $10 here anymore. Not sure if this is happening at all the subways.

Their service was horrible.. ordered a Chipotle steak and cheese..n they didn’t even put cheese on it..I had to ask for it after it has already been toasted.. Bc they were goofing off instead of paying attention to what their customers are ordering.. probably won’t see me back there!

Been here 3 times. First, the guy making my sandwich was on his personal phone in-between making my sandwich. Second was alright and this last time was an undercooked steak and cheese with most of the sandwich falling apart.
