Kasson Subway Manager(s) & OWNER are RUDE & disrespectful & lack customer service
I placed and online order back on 1/30/26 for 3 foot long sandwiches to be ready for pick up at 7:30.
I arrived at 7:37 and there were no sandwiches ready on the “online pick up shelf,” so I had to wait in a long line of customers before getting my order.
Once I got my order and got home, I was MISSING 1 entire footlong sub. The other 2 footlong subs I ordered were completely incorrect.
I immediately attempted to call the Subway store TWICE and got no answer, so I filled out a form on the app (since that’s how I placed my order).
I heard nothing from Subway for weeks.
I finally called to follow up, understanding things get busy and/or over-looked.
I was eventually called a “liar” by the manager and the owner and was told to “prove it,” after almost 2 weeks of me reaching out!
I had my original receipt, marked and hi-lighted by their staff, showing all the items that were were missing…
I simply asked for a refund, since we didn’t receive what we ordered and we were met with extreme hostility and called liars!

Do not order online from here! Ordered sandwiches about a month ago and received my sub with no toppings, just meat and cheese. Decided to try again and my sub came with no meat! Just cheese and toppings. This wasn’t an ordering mistake as receipts clearly show the order of a complete sub- meat, cheese and toppings. They usually make great sandwiches whenever I get them in person and have good service but they can’t seem to get them right when making them from an online order

My wife and I were in this evening to grab some sandwiches to go. Long line and a decent wait but that was no issue. The two gentleman working unfortunately had to deal with one very rude customer that was holding up the line for everyone. The gentlemen with the dreads in charge of the store was professional and as courteous as he could be to the rude guest. But eventually he asked her to leave the store which in our eyes seemed like the right choice by him. I applaud his patience and being as professional as he could be with her in that situation.

The food is not good we ask to add some sauce and they didn’t but after all the veggies are not looks fresh also bread not good and the girl who work over there she is rude and not behave well.ill not recommend this place if you have other option please choose that.

The customer service is good from most of the employees but the manager is rude and unfriendly. The service is usually slow and we were getting helped and then an employee budged in the line and was helped before our salads were finished.
Tried going there 2 more times sense my first review. Both times they didn’t add the deluxe meat or the extra cheese when it was ordered. Recommend going in if you go to this kasson location. Need to watch them make the sandwiches.

Food was good, but the guys working seemed like they wanted to go home early so they took down the iced tea at least 2 hours before closing. Very disappointing for someone trying not to drink soda. Worker said they stop carrying it after 7pm. I guess i will not come back after 7pm any more.

Can I give 0 stars? They need 0 stars. Overall service and food stink. No one wears a mask and they put up a sign that says that most of the staff apparently have medical conditions that prevent them from wearing a mask
