This location has really fallen apart. On every recent visit, the staff are either high or absent, literally leaving the store completely unattended while we walked around in there for over 15 minutes. We called out and no-one came to the front. We eventually just left. 3 cars were out back, but no workers inside.

DO NOT WORK HERE OR SUPPORT THIS SUBWAY! DRIVE TO DODGE CENTER OR BYRON! Terrible management! My son was wrongfully fired over the phone by his manager who was yelling and screaming about him not working on a Thursday, their agreement was only working Friday- Sunday. Very poor management!

The customer service is good from most of the employees but the manager is rude and unfriendly. The service is usually slow and we were getting helped and then an employee budged in the line and was helped before our salads were finished.

Food was good, but the guys working seemed like they wanted to go home early so they took down the iced tea at least 2 hours before closing. Very disappointing for someone trying not to drink soda. Worker said they stop carrying it after 7pm. I guess i will not come back after 7pm any more.

Can I give 0 stars? They need 0 stars. Overall service and food stink. No one wears a mask and they put up a sign that says that most of the staff apparently have medical conditions that prevent them from wearing a mask

I’ve never have had any issues with this subway. One of the staff who has medium curly red hair apparently made a comment to her coworker that was funny which was very unprofessional and the cashier was in too much of a hurry to get our order done, my son wasn’t able to add anything extra to his sub. I was also told they “couldn’t” do kid subs. I will not be returning & these two need to be retrained

Had a wonderful experience. The staff was super friendly and efficient. I worked at subway for 8 years and have a hard time going to subway because I cant jump behind the bane and make my own sandwich. Most of the time my sandwich falls apart before it’s even taken off the wrapper. Tonight the food was put together excellently and we will definitely be stopping back ♡ thank you for the service. Tried the new menu. Very disappointed with little meat (1/2 a scoop at best, limited vegetables for I could not add any that were not “on the list” for that sandwich, and the thinnest of smears of avocado. I left feeling dissatisfied knowing that I spent all that money on so little food. Next time I will stick to the old menu so I can have more vegetables!
