1 Star Only Because I Can’t Give Zero
My experience at the Subway inside Walmart was absolutely terrible. The customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional – it felt like they couldn’t be bothered to help customers at all.
On top of that, the bread was old, stale, and so crumbly it fell apart before I even left the counter. That alone was disappointing, but then I noticed something even worse: I could visibly see roaches crawling inside the cookie case. That is a major health concern and completely unacceptable for any food establishment.
This location doesn’t deserve even one star, but that’s the minimum required. I will not be returning, and I hope management addresses these issues immediately.

I came into the store not knowing they was close all because the lady that was making my sandwich didn’t tell they was close. They so call night manger came in yell WE CLOSE!!!! Then she keep saying small things then I told her she need to learn customer service then some more words was said. Then she took my sandwich and threw it into the trash. Then I went off because that’s was giving me racist vibes. But I call back up there n the day manger seems like she didnt care how she care herself. But overall experience is a negative 10. I wouldn’t recommend this place for my dog to eat at

Order through the app Husband went to go pick it up right at home. Everything was messed up. There was no lettuce no mayonnaise. Regular mustard on both sandwiches was supposed to have honey mustard on it and a lot of other stuff was messed up. They were gross like they were throw together and try calling him whether or not put the clothes until 10 o’clock. The phone was off the hook.

Really grossed me out when he was organizing the bread in the bread holder with bare hands and no gloves. 10 min went by touching all the bread then a customer walks up he turns around and then put gloves on. Doesn’t make sense to put gloves on when he already touched their bread. I will never eat here again

Always friendly service but I couldn’t help to notice last time I went flies were stuck in the cookie rack. I bet they were having a sweet time. Now I just have to worry if a fly is in my meatball sub.

Bad, ordered BMT, got only pepperoni. Young girls making my sandwiches wire gloves but touched common surfaces such as touch screens, not cool the owner just doesn’t care. Be careful, not safe here!!

I wish I would have trusted my gut and said you no what nvm I don’t want it. The turkey tasted old, none of the vegetables were cold and the bread was super stale. I’m guessing the owners (husband and wife) were working. They had their kids running around in the back. I bet if the health department went today they would get shut down! I will definitely not return back to this location.

icee machine was out which is fine except we were charged for a less than half full icee. then we bought a soda cup for dr pepper only for it to come out as water when i tried to fill it. these inconveniences aside, what was unacceptable was the dead bugs lying in my sandwich. after showing this to the worker we asked for a refund and received $6 cash for our $8 sandwich. again, whatever. but in all this visit was terrible and me and my family won’t be going again.

Jeanette was amazing!!! Me and my hubby went to grab a sandwich and she demonstrated outstanding customer service!!! Both sandwiches were so good!!!! I tried to order a wrap for my daughter and they tried to convince me a flatbread was a wrap. I ordered something different, no big deal.
Bit then I ordered myself a 6″ tuna on Italian herb and cheese bread. The bread was extremely underdone, and the tune smelled rotten. I mean I opened my sandwich and gagged audibly. I threw it a way, and will probably never go there again.
