I came into the store not knowing they was close all because the lady that was making my sandwich didn’t tell they was close. They so call night manger came in yell WE CLOSE!!!! Then she keep saying small things then I told her she need to learn customer service then some more words was said. Then she took my sandwich and threw it into the trash. Then I went off because that’s was giving me racist vibes. But I call back up there n the day manger seems like she didnt care how she care herself. But overall experience is a negative 10. Was in to get a sandwich today at the Subway in Walmart in Commerce, Ga. There was only one young lady trying to do everything. Customers were steady coming in and she was working as hard and fast she could go. I was in there for about 45 mins eating. She NEVER got irritated with the customers. She had a smile on her face and was polite to everyone. Some asked her if she had any help. She answered no, that she was the only one there…..but never missed a beat taking and filling orders. She is a treasure! Someone better work hard to keep her.

This subway in particular is very relaxing inside and also the food is always stocked up so if there is something you want on the mednue it will be available however they have some days we’re truck is late…etc…same thing like every other restaurant it’s just an overall decent place and my fiance absolutely loves it here. Waiting to be served is no issue at all because they are fast and clean and professional.

Aggravated normally love it just had a bad group of people I guess. The girl wouldn’t speak up so I could hear her she barley paid attention to what she was doing I had to tell her she hadn’t finished my sandwich and they normally always give us the senior discount when my granny sits down and I pay but they acted today like they don’t even offer one and they have salad but no forks. Idk they just really aggravated me. Not happy.

My roommate placed an online order and we went to pick it up. When we arrived there was a gentleman in front of us placing his order. So my friend and I were talking while we patiently waited for our order. The sandwich maker paused from doing the gentleman’s order grabbed our order from where it was being held and slammed it down on the counter and said here you go. We were a little surprised as we didn’t even tell her what we were getting. Anyway the food was alright but that attitude wasnt. Hopefully our next visit will be better or we might have to drive to the other side of town for now on.

I am have a severe peanut allergy and they let cookies be touch by the same utensil. Mgmt is aware of the problem but hasn’t done anything to correct the problem. Someone will have a worse peanut allergy then me and die one day . I see a big lawsuit one day. They do not have signs out or tell their customers about using the same utensil on all cookies!

We just tried to order here, @ 8:15pm. The line is empty and they’re closing! I told her it was kind of early to be closed and she said “well we close at 8:30”. I’ve worked at many subways before, I know you’re not supposed to take the line down UNTIL CLOSING TIME! Lazy ladies.
