looked like someone tried to ‘wring’ the sandwich out?! the sandwich did not have the appropriate portions of vegetables as requested (more). bacon was flavorless, rubbery and undercooked (not crispy) – sandwich tasted nothing like a ‘BLT’… if you think I ‘threw the sandwich away’ – click the ‘thumbs up’ button. 🙂

The last two times we ordered here we had terrible food. The first time we were sold expired cookies. The second time we ordered food, my steak and cheese sandwich was cold and both of our sandwiches were old bread that was dried and crumbled apart. I had more bread on me than in me.

Upon walking into the store, it was noted that there was a young girl who was clearly new. She was like 17-18. The girl training her was super rude. She was treating the new employee horribly. She was down talking her and treating her like she is an idiot. She was also very disrespectful to customers and rushing them. She needs to be fired. I hope she sees this. To the young lady who was clearly new. You did an amazing job. I hope you find another job where you’re treated with respect.

Was there on the 6th, and the girl with dark hair and a septum ring was working. We had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She was slamming and smashing our sandwhiches, and acted as though us ordering dinner was the largest inconvenience to her life. Her whole demeanor was incredibly rude and condescending, and she didn’t even put the correct ingredients on our sandwhich. She also rolled her eyes and acted like we asked for her to harvest the ingredients from the wild when we asked her for a pretzel. -1000/10 would not recommend. We were the only ones in the store, and didn’t even feel comfortable eating in due to her rude and aggressive mannerisms. I can’t imagine what people deal with from her when it’s a busy day.

The blonde short girl at night today didn’t know what goes on a BLT and refused to give a full refund for messing up their order. It took an awkward argument about why there’s half sandwich missing until she said “I’ll make you a 6” I said fair and proceeded the business kindly towards her, i feel like I should be hired for both their wages and I can memorize the inventory and handle it all myself, please hire for better customer service and spontaneous decisions.

Was just inside to get some food and immediately noticed a young girl being treated terribly by another coworker. Unsure if she was a manager or not, but she kept yelling at her and the poor girl looked scared. Hope she finds a job elsewhere, she deserves to be treated better.

Came in this afternoon with my roommate to order a couple subs. First employee was inviting, until it came time to take our order he completely ignored my order. Added meat I didn’t ask for. Asked my roommate her order three different times. I wanted to order two sandwiches he ignored me and went to the next customer behind us. When it came time to pay another employee was trying to add both my sandwiches and my roommates on the same tab even after clarifying we were separate. After I paid he rang up my roommates order. After she paid her change back was $.36 and the employee never gave her the change. I’ve never had a problem with this store until today. Worst experience ever at subway.

I went in to order a sub at 2:30pm on Sunday, 04/28, and received the worst customer service I have ever received. The girl, that seemed to be the only employee there, acted like she hated being there, barely spoke to me, and when she did it was rude and condescending. This girl needs to learn some customer service skills or quit. Absolutely ridiculous the way she treats customers.
