I mistakenly placed an order online to the Tuscaloosa location instead of the Northport location and didn’t notice until I hit the place order button. Completely my fault, I take full responsibility. I immediately tried to cancel my order online through their customer support chat, which told me I had to contact the store directly to cancel my order and gave me their phone number. When I called, as soon as I explained the situation, I was told I had to cancel my order on the app. When I explained I tried to do that and was told to contact the store, she put the phone down for a few seconds, then came back and said I would have to contact customer service. I, again, told her customer service said I had to cancel my order directly through the store and that it had been placed literally 2 minutes ago. She then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do and that I would have to contact customer support. I asked for the phone number and the name of the manager for when I called customer support, and was then told his name but “if you want to call back in 10 minutes, he can talk to you then. He’s speaking with the health department right now.”. I told her there was no reason for me to call back if he wasn’t going to be cancelling my order. She said okay and we hung up. I’ve tried calling 2 different customer service numbers, one says “due to technical difficulties, we can’t take you call at this time. Try again later” and the other is just a busy tone. Guess I’ll have to contact the corporate office to get this resolved. This is absolutely ridiculous. We won’t be back.

Inconsistent. I eat here once a week. Some days you can get a sub in 3 minutes. Some days it’s 20. Some days, the drink machine works, but it also may not. Staff will make a sandwich for themselves while customers wait.
Just now, a customer returned his sandwich for the second time due to the order including an ingredient he was allergic to, despite having specifically ordered it without.
Three stars for sandwich quality – service is lacking.

I’ve ordered from here so many times and they normally do a good job, but today was just awful. My sandwich was put into a bag and stood up on its end instead of lying flat. This shoved every topping to one side so that half the sandwich had nothing on it. It was just empty bread.

• I watched an employee pick up food and eat it. He did not wash his hands or put on new gloves.
• I also watched the employees play on their phones while orders were supposed to be made.
• They do not get in a rush at ALL!
• On top of that, the kitchen was not the cleanest. It looked like a tornado had gone through it.
• Their Health score is an 83 as of last September.
I appreciate what they do. The employees were friendly. I just believe that they need to be trained a little better. I hope that everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving and ROLL TIDE!!!

Horrible service horrible additude made my order wrong and I said no mushrooms and when I told them to remake it. They picked the mushrooms off which why would u do that second I’m allergic to mashrooms. Then I kindly explained to him that I am allergic to mushrooms he threw the sandwich that was made and threw it on the counter and then groans like I committed a crime. Food is good but I didn’t even want to eat at that point. I couldn’t have asked him any nicer

Subs are good, but you have to plan your entire day around your 1 order. They excel at being the best at slow service. Took 25 minutes to get my order on a not very busy day. Service is super S—L—O—W. Don’t come here if you can’t make a day out of visiting here.

Avoid this location. Especially do NOT order online. They don’t know what they have or don’t have, and then when they don’t have what you ordered, they won’t let you cancel and then they blame the deliver service. Poor management.
