Subway on west Superior street has really stepped up there service. Especially the employees!! 10 out of 5 stars for the customer service! Zay and Laura, I give you a shout out. Excellent service, excellent sandwiches, and very clean store. Grade A!

TODAY I TRIED THE $5 DORITO NACHOS. Man, let me tell you, these are worth every penny you’re paying. I promise. I can’t even finish that!! I’m stuffed. “CHRIS”, was the employee that assisted me today. And yet again, he was super kind. Just like the last few employees I’ve encountered. I just want to say, this place really has changed for the better. AND THESE NACHOS;; yummy , they are mouth watering delicious! I chose steak over chicken. And it comes with onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, cheese, cheese sauce, and Chipotle sauce too!! Oh so good .

Was overall clean ordered a soda, was rushed out as they were closing but got upgrade from small to medium as staff rushing and felt bad about it

I will not be visiting this Subway ever again. I went in for a late dinner and it was a horrible experience and I left with a sandwich that wasn’t even edible. When my sandwich was being wrapped up I was told “you might need a fork” as vegetables were falling off it. I would not recommend this Subway.

Lady making the sandwiches was very rude and was rushing us into making a choice on what we wanted. There was no one else in the store and she was very impatient with us. Mind you I had my son with me who has anxiety when he is ordering. The other guy was nice who did the veggies and sauce and rang us up.

Normally I’ve had okay experiences, but today the lady working showed poor customer service. She had me repeating details of what I wanted rather than actively listening. I dealt with it, but then I asked which sandwich was which and she told me if I wanted to know or have them labeled, I should have asked her. It felt very rude that she was blaming me. That’s no way to treat a customer. The guy at the register saw this and tried to help her remember, but saw I was disappointed and didn’t correct her. Whoever the manager is, please train your employees to label things and be courteous if there is a misunderstanding.

I bought a 12 pack of cookies and i asked the bigger guy if i could get them fresh and I’m okay with the wait. He said no rudely. I go there everyday almost and spend money and then today I went over there at 8 45 and he said he was already closed the same big guy even though I go there every day and spend MY MONEY there. Very upset with him I thought it was eat fresh well guess you can’t have fresh cookies

I went in the other day to get me and my family some grub. When I walked in I was greeted by the horrible smell of skunk which was radiating off of an employee, Keith I think his name was. He didn’t wash his hands before putting on gloves either. YUCK
