Have been ordering from them for four years. Usually pick up on my way home but have had it delivered at least twice. Today placed an order while at work for my daughter and her father that are at home without power due to the storm. Was called and told can’t deliver that far. Called back and asked when boundaries had changed because I have had deliveries before and was told insurance will only cover to White Ridge. Food is decent. While dining in restaurant is certainly well loved (old and minimally clean) service is hit or miss as far as being prompt and the friendliness. Give it about 3 stars.

When we get to order the food is good not enough dressing & nice salads!! I have tried to order for week & unsuccessful made purchase! Either they are not deliver shot on help but the night before that to much volume they were to busy!! Is this a restaurant? When you have a good paying customer that spends money at this restaurant should be treated with some respect!! This place needs to get themselves together!!

We went and it was a great place to just get your pizza fix and really nice waitress. Little pretty blond that seemed to have never left those mtns. I felt sorry for her then thought about it later and those mtns. Probbly the reason she’s who she is today and if so I wouldn’t have changed a thing. She was a blessing to talk to and just over all beautiful person inside and out. Didn’t catch her name but wow .

Our server forgot us.. the food was fixed to go, but Was patiently sitting at the table for the Hamburg & curly fries.. really it Sat to long..it would have been really good If we got it when it was first fixed. just A few there at the time. She was new. I will go back.

I had to give them one star or I couldn’t write. I’m new to area and come from pizza Country so I said to my wife let’s give it a whirl! Ordered a large pizza that came out about 12 inches (in CT a large Pie is 16 inches and Xlg is 18 inches) small to say the least! When I ordered, girl asked if I wanted thick n Chewy or thin and crispy! Thought nothing of it so order thin and crispy (a specialty of New Haven) I got toppings on a cracker! I ordered a large mushroom and onion. Onions were a plenty; I saw 4 mushrooms on the slices I ate but alas it was lovely with “chopped onion and burnt cheese, oh well. It was literally an oversized pre-made pizza shell or a large cracker…choice is up to opinion??? A pizzeria that uses pre-made pizza crust…let’s just say won’t be crossing the doorway anytime soon!

The waitress we had was extremely rude and it’s not the first time we’ve been in here and she’s been that way if you ask me someone needs to teach her manners if she’s gonna wait tables coming from someone who waits tables that’s no way to act with costumers I didn’t get her name but long hair she’s worked here for awhile I’m not one to normally write reviews but I feel this definitely needed to be brought to attention considering it’s happened multiple times

We ordered 32 honey bbq boneless chicken wings today and have ordered them several times before.. We live several miles from resturant, and did not look at our order until we got home.
There was no honey bbq sauce on them, just the spices in the breading.
$36 may not b much to a big corporation like yours, but that’s dinner for us and mayb lunch tomorrow. So could not afford to return to resturant for refund or replacement, so we had to eat them.
Chicken part was good tasting but we love the honey bbq sauce. Needless to say we were very disappointed.
