Payton was amazing! They weren’t crazy busy but had a few online orders and a few people in line. The boys working there weren’t sure what they were suppose to do while Payton took charge and instructed one boy who had been in the back to come do the online orders. She basically did it on her own. I think I waited about 10 minutes before starting my order, she continuously apologized even though she was working her hardest to get caught up. One boy stepped away and even took out the dinning room trashes… no one was in the dining room and they weren’t overflowing.. so why?

Update: June 2025, DOES NOT ACCEPT COUPONS! Owners request/rule. It’s a quick stop for some much needed food after sports; However, they day I went there, seems to be a lot of “online orders” that are being prepared as walk-ins are trying to order (ME) BUT I did get waited on after a short wait. Easy access, large parking in the back, straight off HWY 33, good for campers or trailers.

Horrible service and the most shocking was no one cared. I asked what meat was included on my sandwich for the cold cut combo for Monday meal deal and the worker stated “I don’t know”, slid my sandwich down to next person and started helping next customer. I look again at my sandwich cause the cheese looked thicker than what ever kind of meat was on it, then asked the next person what meat it was and she didn’t know either. I then asked for it to be removed and be replaced with ham and turkey instead. No one knew what meat it was!! When I got home I actually had to fix up my sandwich for it to even taste like anything! My bread was old and crumbled as I ate it. I will not be back to this store! Horrible service and horrible food!

Don’t know what the deal is with your night crew but either you need more people for it or just need better quality/ faster people cuz I went in and it was absolutely ridiculous. The person working the counter who clearly didn’t know what they were doing and then had one person making sandwiches who imo molasses could make a sandwich faster. It wasn’t even busy which was the worst part. We waited for 15 mins before finally being asked for our order. After it was obvious they hadn’t been checking items for prep since they didn’t know how to check temperature of items and I was afraid of getting food poisoning we left without placing an order
