After a long day of UFO watching and training my pet rattlesnakes to stay in the yard. There is nothing better than going to my local subway and ordering a fresh order of Tomatoes and Mustard with a whisper of black pepper. Madi and Jaicee are phenomenal at there job…. Not sure if they are A.I robots or not either way they get the job done perfectly. Every time.

The restaurant was inside of a convenience store. Both were very clean. Girl working the register was very nice. The woman behind the counter making the sandwiches left much to be desired from a customer service stand point.
I believe her name was Sue, was making snarky comments and swore. Not exactly something people enjoy to deal with when they are stopping somewhere and are hungry already.

Had 2 spicy Italian subs turned into salads, and they were wonderful!!!!!!!

My 10 year old granddaughter went in to order her meal while I fueled my van.
The girl at the counter was rude and rushed her into making her choice.
She ordered a foot long roast beef meal. I just ate the other half of her sandwich for my dinner and was APPALLED to see one thin measly slice of roast beef on her sandwich. This meal cost $12. 84 cents. A TOTAL RIP OFF!!
IF THERE WAS A – ( MINUS) button for review I would be using it.
At Erbert & Gerbert you get a thick roast beef sandwich.

This particular subway is the best out of every location I’ve ever been to. And i’ve been to a lot! It is one of the cleanest, the service is great, they do a great job, and my subs are always made to perfection. 🙂

Terrible customer service. Gave us footlong subs that had the same meat as 6 inch subs. Lettuce was browned horrendously. Guy behind us knew employee’s got sub with double meat and didn’t order it.
